Forget the poor service and rude staff… all I wanted was a clean up facial and left with scarring for weeks. I came in December and was debating writing this review but actually the worst facial I ever received. I’m depressed and can’t look at myself. ChatGPT told me to not look in the mirrors… how sickening.

I had the pleasure of getting a facial with Anne, and it did not disappoint! She took her time and analyzed my skin, and the entire process was seamless from check in to check out. I fell asleep mid facial as it was so relaxing. It left my skin feeling supple, and glowing! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a nice skincare treatment and maintenance. I'll definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of having Lina as my specialist. I had a great experience. I thought I needed a pore extraction and after she took a look at me, she recommended I needed hydration & oil. After my appointment my skin feels renewed and now I have the proper products to keep up at home. Highly recommend!

Lina is the loveliest - so calming, gentle but thorough with her extractions, and has a wonderful personality. If you want to chat or enjoy the relaxing silence, she’ll make you feel comfortable either way :) She always has great recs for products catered to your skin needs. After consistent facials with Lina my skin texture is so so smooth. Someone told me recently I have “instagram-filter” skin!!! Book your facial today!

Best Facial Ever with ESTAL!! Incredible results with my facial!! I was shocked with the before and after. In my previous experience, my face would swell for several days after each facial because I had a lot of whiteheads and blackheads that needed to be removed. Estal was very professional, knowledgeable, caring and inquisitive! She is gentle yet accurance in the entire facial. I couldn't even see any wounds the next day. My skin feels sooo amazing and looks younger, brighter, firmer in just a 90mins. Definitely my to go facial routine with her!

I cant rave about SARA enough ! She has absolutely changed my dehydrated-acne prone skin and I cant thank her enough for that.She’s an expert with her hands and just a flat out professional. A session with her is truly an experience for the body and soul.I loved it. Definitely going back. The spa is clean and very welcoming.

I have had many facials in the past but this experience was the best. Estal was my esthetician and at her suggestion, I decided to choose their 90-minute Radio Frequency Facial. She made me feel very comfortable, she took her time, was gentle and she was very thorough. She gave me the most comfortable facial massage and the least painful pore cleansing experience. I highly recommend Ling Spa and Estal

I’ve been a loyal client of Ling for over 20 years and make it a point to visit at least once or twice a year—though I’d go more often if I could! The experience is consistently exceptional, thanks to the thorough and skilled technicians. I particularly enjoy seeing Michiko for the "Wow" Facial, which delivers the deepest clean and the most effective extractions I’ve ever had. Every time, I leave glowing, hydrated, and refreshed, without any redness or irritation. I can’t recommend Ling enough; every friend I’ve brought along has been so grateful and keeps coming back for more!

Val is amazing! She has done my skin analysis and based on that helped me with care products. Thanks to her my skin got better now. She is so friendly that makes you want to come back. The atmosphere is extremely cozy! Both people and the place are great❤️

The atmosphere is amazing, very relaxing, and the service is incredible. I got the WOW ling signature facial by Lina, and I'm so happy I already booked my next one. My boyfriend and my stepdaughter also got facial they both got the Pore to Pure cleansing facial by Ann, and they're also super happy.

This location demonstrated extremely poor management regarding their Pop Up Skin Analysis Event. Their Instagram account stated that the event was held for the first 20 people between the hours of 1pm to 6pm. Instead, the lady at the front desk (woman with mid-length white/grey hair) accepted the first 15 people and ended the event at 4pm. I was the 16th person to line up and was the last person in line. For reasons pertaining to customer service and hospitality, I would’ve accepted the last remaining person for inclusivity instead of turning them away. I stood on the line and waited in the rain, from 12:30pm, for approximately 4 hours. I would’ve understood if the representative was busy working on the Skin Analysis, but she was talking to other people half the time. Speaking on behalf of the other customers waiting outside, we felt like our time was wasted. The lady asked me come back tomorrow or a weekday, in which I responded that I couldn’t due to Saturday being my only day off. I felt that it was unnecessary for her to compare or comment any further by saying, “At least you have one day off. I have none, I’m here everyday.” Everything about this event threw me off. I took 3 trains to get here and was looking forward to this event, in hopes of booking a service for myself. Safe to say that I definitely won’t be coming back. For future reference, I recommend wristbands, a sign in sheet, or a head count. It was definitely unnecessary to wait 4 hours and receive absolutely nothing - not even words of appreciation.
