I have been getting massages here for almost a decade now! It's a cozy and comfortable spot, convenient if you work downtown or are just visiting. Awesome therapists, clean and pleasant atmosphere, and still affordable. A great option for businesspeople and visitors alike!

I had taken a workout class before traveling to Portland and once I landed I felt some pain in my back. As the day progressed the pain became paralyzing and began to numb my arm. I figured I had pulled a muscle so I booked a massage with Ling first thing the following morning. I had a concert to attend that same day and wasn't sure if I could even make it. Ling guided me throughout the entire massage and focused on the area that was in pain. HOLY MOLY she SAVED me! I was considering going to urgent care if this did not help but it COMPLETELY changed the course of my 3 day trip! I was still sore but nothing compared to the pain I experienced. I am extremely grateful to Ling and her magic!

I’ve been going to Ling’s for years. She’s helped with shoulder pain that’s gone. While I’ve moved my business from downtown, it’s worth the extra commute, and there’s more street parking available these days.

The BEST 60 minute Foot, Head and Hand massage I have ever had!! No joke! I am in town for work and finished early today, but I already hit all the cool shops around downtown walking distance. I found Lings by exploring Google Maps. I saw that I could book online so I did. I didn’t even look at reviews. It’s just 3 blocks from the Benson. The front door is locked, but there’s instructions to buzz in. First impression - the building is old and beautiful but it reeeeks of sewage… it is under construction 8/2024. There is not much of a lobby and the elevator is right there. Take it to floor 2. The building is weird and tight. Claustrophobics won’t be happy in here. Go to the left and follow the hallway. Bathrooms are right around the corner and Lings is 2 doors further in on the right. Ben greeted me and room me to a regular massage room. I expected a big chair with a foot bath, like at the nail salon. Instead he fixed a hot bath for my feet in a bucket and did not leave me in there but 3 minutes. He asked where I wanted him to focus One hour is long to work on just the feet/calves. We decided to add the head/neck and hands/forearms. He dried my feet and had me get on the table. The table is heated and he draped me with a towel although I was fully dressed. You can see bars on the ceiling used for the full body stretch massage. Ben started with my head, second was hands and last were my feet. Each segment longer than the previous. He used hot stones at the end. It was PERFECT! The best “foot” massage I have ever had. I'm so very glad I tried Ling's... After suffering for months with pain in my neck, shoulder and arms, I turned to Chinese medicine for a cure. My massage was easy to schedule... flexible availability and the location is clean and convenient in downtown Portland. I booked a 75 minute Tuina massage with Ling -- within moments on the table, I knew I made the right decision. Ling was incredible. Super strong hangs and intuitive in going right to the source of my pain. This massage is well worth the splurge. I look forward to returning!

Ling overcharges and is dishonest about time of massages and pricing . It’s unfortunate that even though I was a regular customer ; I came to find out that she penalized me bc I was three minutes late (and called to tell her ) she cut my massage short by 15 minutes . Don’t trust her and better to find another place .

My friend and I were sore from traveling and were luckily able to book last minute appointments at Ling's. We were greeted by the owner who was very polite and friendly. Kelsey did a great job at loosening up my shoulders and making me feel better overall. My friend said she also had a great experience with the male masseuse she had. If you are looking for a full spa experience with tea, salt rooms, ect... this place may not be for you. However, if you are looking for an awesome massage for a fair price, this place is absolutely for you!

Title: A Relaxing Experience with Room for Improvement Rating: ★★★★☆ My boyfriend and I recently visited the studio for massages, and while there were a few bumps, overall, the experience was quite positive. Firstly, I appreciate how accommodating the staff was when my boyfriend informed them he would be late; our therapist kindly stayed late to ensure we could enjoy our sessions together. Finding the studio was a bit of a challenge, as the entrance is quite discreet with just a note on a door amidst the block—some clearer signage would definitely help first-time visitors. The ambiance inside is warm and inviting, a nice setup in an older building. During my massage, there were moments of discomfort when I felt a scratch from the therapist's nails, which could be slightly more trimmed for a smoother experience. Despite this, the mood was generally soothing, and the overall service was commendable. I'm booked for an acupuncture session next Monday and am eager to see how it goes, especially with Ling on vacation. Interestingly, my therapist this time was a white female, which was unexpected just based on the name. I'll provide an update post-acupuncture, but for now, it's a solid four stars for the good more than outweighing the minor inconveniences. --- This review is warm and honest, highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement, and it maintains a professional tone that respects the service and the reader.

I stumbled upon this place when I came to Portland. It was close to my hotel so I thought I would give it a try. It was amazing! Zara did some amazing work. She made me feel comfortable. We worked through a lot of problem spots. Definitely worth it.

I highly recommend Johnathon. His massages are amazing and I always leave feeling so much more relaxed than when I arrived. He is receptive, professional, thoughtful and he’s good with deeper and targeted pressure when requested (which is hard to come by from my experiences). My monthly massages with him are something I look very much forward to. I also appreciate that hot stones, cbd oil and cupping are options that can be added the day of if desired.

Kelsey was great! She was very kind and attentive and helped quite a lot with my lower back. She's very cognizant and was careful not to cause me any pain, so I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is especially sensitive regarding massages. As for the building, it was kind of weird and old and I almost locked myself in because I couldn't figure out how to open the door to leave XD. But the massage space itself was very clean and well maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kelsey and Ling's massage!!!

Saulius Mazeika has made a significant impact on my recovery for both a relatively recent shoulder injury as well as chronic back pain. Both Ricky and Remi are just fantastic! Came to Ricky with serious knots and pain in my back and he gave me the kind of massage where you feel like you have worked out! He has experience working in a chiropractors office which I appreciated. I felt light as a feather after. Great convo too. Came to Remi feeling ‘blah’ and she was just soooo talented. Great pressure, and very very thorough and nurturing. Not hesitant to keep going until she feels she has done the massage Justice. Felt like a million bucks. Thanks to both Remi and Ricky!
