This was my first time in this shop. Everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately, I asked for cat eye design & only 2 of my 10 nails show the cat eye. I didn't have my reading glasses with me & I didn't notice it until I left. However, I think the technician should have been able to tell that she didn't do what I asked for.....

Came in to see Chloe and she was absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to pay attention to detail, she is patient, kind and is beyond talented. My nails look amazing for my wedding!!!

I definitely recommend Lin's. I was able to get an appointment right away for a full set & pedi. The service was excellent!! They were friendly, attentive, and did an amazing job. Beyond my expectations. I will definitely be going back when I'm in Reno!

I usually LOVE this place. The gal we had was amazing, but when we started we had two people one taking care of me and the other taking care of my boyfriend. Only 5 mins in one of the person taking care of my boyfriend went to cut her whole families hair. We had scheduled appointments. So it had left my boyfriend hanging. My gal went back and forth between me and my boyfriend at times leaving a cold towels on us. Our gal worked really hard but the experience was not as good. When we have had two people one for each, it has been amazing! When calling make sure you request one person for you to stay with you!

Absolutely fantastic haircut. They did an amazing job with not a single stray hair and also cleaned up my beard and neckline to perfection. This cut was better than any of the $70 haircuts I received but was only $30.

All workers so very friendly and helpful. Came in from out of town received a beautiful pedicure with so much attention to detail and the best massage and a wonderful manicure too. Very fair prices and a family business with happy people. Loved it

Entering was a very fresh environment, we got there a few minutes early and only waited until our exact appointment time til our nail tech came out ☺ she was really nice and checked all of my reference photos before starting and had me pick out the exact color accessories I wanted for my nails. During the small consultation she warned me about the heat from hard gel nails to make sure that's what I wanted, then started preparing very quickly. It was a quiet set, but she was really nice and even checked to make sure nothing was painful. At the end, she made sure I really liked the nails, which turned out beautiful! We will be back!

These folks really know what they are doing! My husband and I both had the mani/pedi and were very happy with the service! They were quick and worked as a team to have us out the door in no time! I wish I could come here all the time! I would recommend calling for an appointment because they are busy! Well worth the $$ 💖
