Autumn, Taylor and Chris are not only friendly but highly skilled .The salon's friendly and welcoming atmosphere makes me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Autumn has done my color for at least 10 years and now I seem to be indulging in once a week blowouts with Taylor !

I’ve been going to Linsell and Williams for years and I’ve always gotten a fantastic cut! Chris and Autumn are fantastic and both are very talented. Highly recommend!

This salon is awesome! I have been Autumn’s client for many years. She does a great job listening to what I want for my color and cut and then she works her magic. Autumn really pays attention to what is going on with my hair and makes suggestions about the best products for me and a healthy hair care regimen for me to follow all the time. What a difference that makes! I’ve never had better hair care than I have now and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I get so many compliments on my hair that I carry Autumn’s business cards to give out rather than having to verbally hand out that info. The atmosphere is really great too. Everyone, from Autumn, to Chris, to Taylor are as friendly and welcoming as you could imagine. And the salon itself is really well done so it gives off a very nice vibe. I couldn’t be happier that I’ve found Autumn and this fabulous salon.

Autumn was so patient and sweet with my 3 year old son. It was his first big boy haircut with clippers. Beautiful space and great energy.

Chris and Autumn have done a great job creating the Linsell Williams Salon! The space is beautiful and welcoming. They offer very personalized services to give you the exact style you want so you feel amazing walking out the door. I recommend this salon to all of my friends and co-workers because I feel confident they'll have the same great experience!

My new go to hair salon! The stylists there are very kind and down to earth. They care about your hair and satisfaction. I got a cut and balayage right before Easter. I’m honestly bad at describing what I want for hair color. Taylor put beautiful highlights in my hair but after a few days the color felt a little too light for me. Everyone that saw my hair loved it but it just wasn’t my vibe personally. I called them and they were extremely kind about seeing me again to put a toner in and fit me into the schedule a day later. Taylor was so understanding and encouraging for me to get the tone I wanted! Now I love my color and am sold on Linsell Williams!

The first picture is before, the others are after. I decided that I was needing a change and asked Autumn to help me figure out what I could do. We worked together on the overall base color, foilyage, and a great cut. I never used to wear my hair down, but for the past few day I have and received so many compliments. I felt really confident and comfortable. Autumn really listed to what I wanted to do and talked me through the steps, as I was a little nervous to color. I am still thrilled, even days later - and I think most of us can relate to that nervous feeling of "can I keep my hair looking as nice as my stylist made it". My husband has been seeing Chris for ages now as well - most recently asking for "the Matt Bomer" (an actor), which Chris delivered! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

This is a beautiful elegant salon probably the nicest in Shadyside and I have been to a few! My stylist is Autumn and her cut managed to give my fine chin length hair some body and lift with finely placed layers. Easy for me to do on my own also! She is attentive, pleasant, and an accomplished stylist with a great background in cut and color. I am looking forward to highlights and lowlights with Autumn.

Truly the best hair experience I've had in Pittsburgh! All of the stylists are incredibly kind and care about how you want your hair to look! Extremely reasonably priced as well for the best balayage I've had in years.

Chris Linsell has been cutting my hair for ten plus years and I was more than happy to follow him as he founded this brand new venture. The shop is a cute boutique tucked away from the bustle of Walnut Street. Chris remains the most gracious of hosts and I always look forward to catching up with him (oh, and my haircut) every month. Couldn't recommend more.

I have been blessed to receive one haircut every 3 weeks for the past 4 years from Chris. When he cuts my hair its like our minds are one and he can envision exactly who I want to be and what I want my hair to become. Wether a simple "same as last time" or a difficult "explore what my head would be like with more salad on top" he has an idea for every situation. Even if this salon was on the moon I would tweet at Elon Musk and hitch a ride just for more haircuts. 11/10 can't recommend a better stylist, human, or therapist.

The new Linsell Williams space Chris and Autumn have created delivers a peaceful and private (their schedules rarely overlap) salon experience. You would never know Walnut Street sits right outside. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with either Chris or Autumn! Gift certificates are available, and my mom has commented it's her favorite gift to receive from me.

This is the nicest hair salon in Pittsburgh! The decor is beautiful - everything pleasing to the eye. Professional hair cutting and color. All ways perfect. Appointments are easy to get - Sundays are convenient and open. In the heart of Shadyside!!
