I recently visited lioness and was absolutely blown away by the experience! The store is beautifully laid out, making it easy to find everything I was looking for. The product selection is vast, covering everything from skincare that i like. the staff—they are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to understand my skin type and preferences, recommending products that I have absolutely fallen in love with. It's clear that they genuinely care about helping you find the best products for your needs. The store is always well-stocked, and I've never had trouble finding what I need. Plus, they often have great promotions and samples, which is a nice bonus.

If you purchase any products and aren't pleased, don't think you will have an easy time returning. It will take an act of God. Please don't buy anything as they don't tell the truth. Shame on The Venetian for allowing a business like this in their facility! I've done some research and the state of Nevada doesn't have them listed. That you should tell you something!

Scam. Notice how the positive reviews are the same nationality and coincidently similar to the owner. Beware! Make them go away by not letting them scam people anymore.

Absolutely the worst. An embarrassment to the hotel. Their sales people sit outside their shop and harass anyone who walks by. Gross sales tactics. They're also selling snake oil. Someone I know walked in there and the package they were originally offering dropped in price from $280 to $100 when they said they weren't interested AND they'd throw in a $60 bar of soap..... $60 give me a break.

The salesperson's lack of interest and disregard for showcasing the products left a sour taste. Their dismissive attitude reeked of prejudice, making the entire experience unpleasant. Such blatant rudeness and potential racial bias are unacceptable in any customer service environment.

You're not alone, and you're not at fault. Even with my background in marketing and communications, I fell for it. There are some things you can do to protect yourself in the future, but first, take the following steps to stop the fraud: 1. Immediately contact your credit card company or bank to begin the fraud complaint process. 2. Contact the retailer. The credit card company must know you’ve attempted to resolve with the retailer. 3. Keep detailed notes of your experience (for your credit card or bank complaint paperwork). Save receipts. Record any communication with customer service. Save email interactions. Take pictures of the defective products. Include misleading claims and unethical marketing tactics. 3. Share & Warn: Write reviews on all review sites and social media. Contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Share your experience without feeling shame. The retailer's unethical marketing tactics were designed to pressure you and put you in a vulnerable position to make an impulsive purchase. Pearl De Flore response to negative reviews shifts the blame onto franchisees. Reputable franchise brands emphasize ethical sales tactics and hold their franchises accountable for protecting the company's reputation. UNETHICAL MARKETING TACTICS (any of these tactics sounds familiar?): 1. Psychological Tactics (Insecurity, Flattery, Fear): First, you get hooked with a “free 60-second” under-eye tightening treatment. Then the bait and switch comes. Insecurity: They create insecurity by making seemingly well-meaning comments about your "flaws" or “age-related” concerns. In a split second, something you hadn't been concerned about now becomes a glaring issue. This is designed to catch you off guard. You go from a neutral or even confident state to feeling vulnerable. Flattery: They use flattery and compliments like "You have beautiful eyes." Once they've grabbed your attention, they swiftly shift gears, emphasizing the need for other products to preserve your “glowing skin” as you age. You’re treated as unique and special, and because of this, they’re willing to drop the price and add on extra products. This bait-and-switch method leaves you feeling overwhelmed and more susceptible to making impulsive purchases. Fear: They ask about your relationship status. If you’re married, they push the need to rejuvenate your skin to retain your partner's interest. If you’re single, they push that better skin equals greater desirability. This invasive questioning not only crosses personal boundaries but also feeds directly into deep-seated fears of aging and societal pressures to conform to specific beauty standards to keep or attract partners. 3. Luxury Price: They play on the societal value of youthful skin, self-care, and luxury. They push you into making impulsive decisions by inflating prices, then offer substantial "one-time discounts" and include more free products as enticements. There were no transparent prices displayed on shelves or products. When I asked for prices, I was shown a website. Trustworthy retailers ensure their products are consistent in quality or a refund is issued. 4. Made in USA: Despite advising against buying products from China and asserting their products were made in the USA. When I returned home, I noticed the "Made in China" sticker, followed by a seal stating, “Approved in the USA”. 5. Trustworthy: Assume a reputable front by renting space in reputable locations (in my case, the Venetian in Las Vegas) and have an online presence. I became a vulnerable customer and proceeded with the purchase. For those of you reflecting on similar experiences with this retailer, here's what I've learned and advise – Forgive yourself. Mistakes are a part of life. Everyone has vulnerable moments. But you can turn it into a learning experience that empowers you (and others) to make better decisions in the future.

I don't appreciate basically being told by a stranger that I'm ugly. What I don't understand is why they think this approach will work. It is like when men use the negging tactic to try to flirt with you. I don't want to spend one more second with someone who opens with an insult, and I definitely don't want to buy their overpriced scam products. Why not try to sell to women who look like they spend a lot of money on their looks? If I look like an old slob, why target me? Like I'm suddenly gonna say "OMG! If only I spend $3000 on a bunch of creams from this pushy carnival barker at a dinky shop in a dark corner of the casino most famous for a mass shooting and being packed with hookers, I will miraculously be young good-looking!" No.

I just came back from hot Vegas and I must say that I am so happy that I chose to buy natural hypoallergenic products, the results are amazing and the prices are affordable! Recommend wholeheartedly!!

My mom and I went there to purchase the Jupiter Space Touch that Sandy had shown us during our previous trip to Vegas. However, when we got there, Sandy wasn't there. Instead, there was a man with a patchy beard (Nadav) who randomly started pointing out every "flaw" I had on my face. He said he "wasn't trying to be rude", but if insulting your potential customers is not considered rude, then I don't know what is! He was also VERY pushy and my mom and I felt like we were being rushed. When we decided we were no longer going to buy from his store, he threw a little temper tantrum, took the product out of the shopping bag, and started mumbling a bunch of non-sense- Just like a toddler. NEVER have I ever encountered such a rude salesperson. My mom and I ended up visiting other salons/beauty bars at the mall and had a MUCH BETTER experience! I highly recommend you do the same... Unless you want to be insulted by a guy who has no idea what he's talking about or where you're even at in your skincare journey. The salespeople in other places are nicer, and are actually considerate and helpful. They also don't sell overpriced junk like they do at this store.

Absolute SCAM! Do not buy anything from these people. We paid $300 for eye cream after we got a demo. Got home, opened boxes and tubes are empty! After we purchased the cream they went on and on like a time share presentation to get us to buy a package of products for $12K, then offered $7K, then $2K, and we just left.

First Kim applied an eye serum that started to work immediately. Then Steve came over and continued. I am not one to spend money.....especially this kind of money on me and never would have considered it. But I really did like the results of the eye serum that was so fast and the skin felt tightened.. The heat from the other cream Steve applied to my face felt that it was working. The infra red wand was very soothing and seriously felt like it was a great face massage. After Steve wiped my face, my skin looked brighter and softer. Even my girlfriend who came and picked me up from the Luxor commented on how clean and bright.....moisturized my face looked. I could have walked out without buying anything.....but I desreve it.

First time I visited this place when we had a restart in Las Vegas about a year ago (I’m a truck driver’s wife). I have received the demonstration and a facial. It felt especially good after days on the road. I was very impressed with the quality of the products and the stuff friendliness. From now on every time we drive through Vegas I stop there to check on them to see what’s new and refill what’s missing. Highly recommend.

Horrible and rude and they strong arm you into buying their products and when you buy their products and don't take it out of the store and decide you don't want their product they refuse to give you your money back. At no point did i take the products out of the store and At no point did I see a sign with no return policies and when I mentioned it the lady pulled a small sign 6x8 of a top shelf behind the partition in the corner where noone can see it. Then the lady said she didn't work there but yet she is sitting behind the registrar. She was also texting the manager about our complaints and wanting our money back he text her back "yeah good luck with that ".

I am very impressed with the product I have purchased. The facial peeling is amazing You can feel and see how well this facial peeling works from the first time you use it. Skin feels clean, fresh, and hydrated. Plus I noticed my skin is glowing the entire week after using it. My consultant was with Ella she was very nice and took the time to describe all the products and how to apply them on a daily routine. This product of Truffoire is highly recommended.

The beauty advisor really took the time to listen to my mom skincare needs and guided us to the right skincare products in the store. The beauty advisor went as far as giving us her number so she could explain again how to use the products when we returned home! Thanks Ella for making my moms day special

I would give this a minus 5 stars. Total scam and takes full advantage of older women. Took A LOT of my money for product that doesn't work and the will not return my calls about getting a refund. I am embarrassed that I fell for such a scam.

Sales people are unethical. The product they use on you is different from what you buy and take home. Also, I was told that the product would last me two years but this was a lie. The syringe was practically empty and would maybe last me one week. I tried to take the product back but they (of course) do not accept returns and they are not legally required to post their return policy so I am stuck with an empty product that also didn’t work in the first place ($200). Don’t ever go in this place!!!!

Something about the layout and interior design of this store is very welcome, and the beauty advisors never fail to make my shopping experience such a pleasure! They provide the best customer service!! they made sure that my boyfriend was included in the conversation and product testing (when he really could care less about beauty products). They stop me randomly at the mall , and guided me inside the store it was a little suspicious at first. But I did end up spending almost 2k on skin care product. I have to say I am very impressed of the results and services offered. Ella my consultant was amazing and very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back on my next trip to vegas

I can not believe an upscale mall like the GCS allows this vile place within its walls. Their employees stand outside the store yelling at you to get your attention and then yelling insults about your "dark circles" and "eye bags" when you ignore them. And I am not exaggerating about the yelling. It is harassment and patrons should not be subjected to this.
