Dr. Claudia is everything you could ask for and more. I’ve been going to Lip Med Spa for about a year for Botox, filler, and just got a co2 laser today. Her recommendations are so thoughtful. I’ve heard bad stories about med spas that will do anything to take your money… Lip Med Spa is the opposite, and you really feel cared for with Dr. Claudia. <3

I can’t believe I’ve never left a review after coming here for the better part of the last 5 or 6 years. Dr Legere and team are THE best! So much so that I make a 35-40 minute drive for a 10 minute appointment for Botox. I wholeheartedly trust Dr Legere’s expertise and honesty as she airs on the side of keeping things looking as natural a possible for me. The whole team always makes me feel so welcomed, and I truly enjoy my visits there. Absolutely worth the drive!

I was so happy to find Dr. Lagere still in business, at the same location after years in between appointments. I'm not one to get regular cosmetic treatments or be talked into anything — not my style; so I really appreciate her non-pushy approach. Dr. Lagere has trained her office staff to emulate that same approach. I'm very happy with the lip filler. She allowed me to use 1/2 a vial and save the rest for up to 90 days.

As a newcomer to the world of Botox and fillers, I was very intimidated. But literally the moment you walk into the beautiful office you begin to feel comfortable: Ali was so welcoming and genuine that you didn’t feel pressured into any procedures you don’t want or need. She lets you make the call and is up front with finances so you aren’t worried about sneaky fees when you leave. She calmed all of my nerves and I left excited to plan what else I would like to try. And the results from my procedure have been getting praises without anyone knowing what I had done! She is definitely worth the 2 hours I drive.

I am so glad that I found Lip Med Spa! I had purchased a Groupon for IPL (I believe in Jan 2020) and I ended up getting a membership after I completed the 3 IPL treatments. Dr. Claudia is amazing and so is everyone else there! I have had a few microneedling sessions with Melina and I have been very happy with the results. I will definitely continue to go here :)

I called for over 20 minutes in an attempt to find this location for an appointment. NO MED SPA is so busy the receptionist can not pick up the phone! Hello that is why a receptionist is placed by the phone. I canceled appointment and went to a more professional med spa! Do not waste your time. You will either get lost (without an answer on the business phone), or be sitting in a waiting room passed your appointment time.

I love Dr. Claudia Legere and her staff at Lip Medspa! I’ve been a client for years for Botox, lips and facials, and will keep going to them as long as I live in Texas 💕 The office is adorable as well! I’ve been to a few places for Botox and Dr. Legere has the best technique, you can hardly feel it which is why I go here, and when I ask, she gives me a very natural look. She makes me feel so comfortable and is literally my voice of reason when I want to get too many things done. She doesn’t try to oversell at all and I love that. I’ve gotten the fraxel facial for my acne scars and acne, along with microneedling! If you want your pores to look almost invisible, set up a microneedling apt with Lauren here! It’s about a week healing time but so so worth it. It’s been a game changer for my skin. It makes me look like a porcelain doll and so much younger! I’ve seen results 2 days post treatments. I’ve been getting my lips done here for years as well. I always get asked where I go, well this is it ladies!! 👄 ✨

It has taken me a pretty long time to get the nerve up to do more invasive work. Dr. Legere and her staff have been so welcoming and patient with me. I've had a lot of questions and concerns and each of those have been handled with kindness and love. They really do love their patients. I went yesterday to receive fillers and Botox, and I couldn't be happier. I'm also thrilled with my skin care membership as I've seen definite improvement. Thank you Dr. Legere, Emily, Lauren & Julia! I hope I didn't forget anyone. Y'all are the best😘🌹💋👄

I chose LIP Med Spa for Coolsculpting, and am delighted that I did so. To me, amenities are great (and they ARE great at LIP), but RESULTS are what matter most if I’m going to invest in a procedure. Coolsculpting providers are not equal, nor are the results that they bring about. My significant other paid top-dollar and underwent a Coolsculpting series at the large “upscale” multi-location Austin-area dermatology clinic, where I witnessed the treatments. In my experience, LIP results are FAR superior owing to a) their total precision in Coolsculpting application and b) Dr. Legere’s research and significant investment in post-treatment technology. At LIP, Dr. Legere and her staff expertly and efficiently situated the treatment paddles, and I was kept comfortable watching Netflix as two latest-generation Coolsculpting machines worked simultaneously. Post-treatment at LIP was an absolute game-changer, in my experience. Where nearly all Coolscupting providers manually massage the area immediately post-treatment, LIP implements percussive Zimmer medical technology to really maximize effectiveness. My results after just one treatment at LIP are much more impressive and dramatic than what I’ve witnessed from other providers. I’m very excited to get my second and final treatment. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Legere and LIP for unparalleled Coolsculpting results and beautiful amenities at very competitive prices.

I purchased tree IPL treatments. After the first session I’ve expected allergic reaction and permanent pigmentations. I followed all the instructions before and after care for the treatment. I call at LIP spa to ask for the refund for the reminding 2 sessions. I found out that they don’t do refunds. :(

I went to get my lip fillers done for my birthday. The only positive thing I could say about this place is that the doctor is very well educated and helpful but other than that it was a terrible experience. I had a reaction to my lip fillers and had to get my lips injected 3 times and my skin pulled off my face. I even starved for a week bc I physically could not move my face. I was expecting to get a refund bc of the pain and trauma I endured but they couldn’t even do that. A reaction and suffering like this should be granted an automatic refund. The front desk was also not helpful because she kept thinking this was a Groupon purchase after I told her multiple times I’m a first client and that it was for my birthday. I would not got back there because they don’t do refunds or even give spa credit for another service even after such a terrible experience. I was also looking at another review (Karen’s review) where a woman was left disfigured after getting her lips done and she was also not granted a refund or another service. That is not acceptable. I do not want anyone to suffer the way I did and if a customer was left disfigured or experiences trauma they should be able to get a refund for the service.

Dr. Claudia and her staff are SO nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend LIP and have been going for 2 years myself time and time again. Dr. Claudia cares about her patients and takes the time to talk with you. I’ve never felt rushed or unsure about decision before making it. I have been going to Dr. Legere for a little over a year for occasional botox. I had PRP twice, once by Josh and once by Dr. L and both demonstrated great results. I was getting Bio-T from another provider and switched over to them for this also. It's super easy to communicate with Josh, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Josh and Dr. L. No pushy sales, no recommending things I don't need or want for their profit and straight and honest answers to my questions medically and financially. I also took my teen son there who had been battling acne for about 3 years and we tried every prescription medication except accutane because my son was hesitant. I signed him up for a lovely treatment that Josh recommended and his acne is gone now. I am sold. Thank you Josh and Dr. L for giving me a safe place to come and keep myself feeling youthful and energetic.

I highly recommend Dr. Legere for BioTE hormone replacement AND every skin Improvement you desire. I feel more confident/safe using a Dr. for all skin and laser treatments. A Dr. administered treatment has more efficacy as they are allowed more parameters w strength of any product or depth of any tools. Your investment has real payoffs. I definitely see the difference compared with where I have gone in the past. Dr. Legere is easy to communicate with, honest and real with her recommendations and ones expectations. Josh is a super BONUS! His knowledge base of treatment options and history with most effective services makes him a great asset to LIP Med Spa and they BOTH have such great skin to admire while you're getting a treatment! And Lastly are you TIRED? Headaches? unfair, undeserved, unexplained weight gain? skin change/issues? Get your hormones checked - BioTE improved my quality of life 3 fold! - I greatly appreciate working w Dr Legere, she genuinely cares.
