I got my hair done with Irina, and I absolutely love the quality of her work. She did my hair, and did exactly what I asked for. When I was getting washed, she was gentle and made my appointment feel amazing. I got my haircut by Kimiko first, and every time I go with her, something about her products and her environment make me feel reborn and my hair has never been healthier since I've started to get my hair cut from Kimiko. If i could give this place and them more than 5 stars, I would most definitely do so!! I absolutely love this place!! <3

Michi gave me a wonderful pedicure! She caught an issue with my nails and ended up not being able to do a full manicure. She told me what to do about it and my total for her services was quickly adjusted. Hidden gem in Bowmanville!

Kimiko is utterly fantastic! I came in for some highlights and an over due trim. I am in love with the look she did!! The little touches and attention to detail😎👌 She has the Best energy. The salon is an oasis💖

This is probably my favorite place in the city. I’ve lived here 10+ years and have never found a place that is as warm, welcoming and VALUABLE as this place. I’ve done hair services, nail services, and recently energy healing. The last was something I was nervous about, but truly enjoyed and hope to do again. I came in stressed and left relaxed and balanced. Miko is truly incredible!!

Liquid Hair Lounge has become my go-to; Miko is so warm and friendly and my haircuts from her are always perfect. Last time she even gave me a complementary energy reading which was a very cool perk (and also spot-on!). Highly recommend!

I originally started seeing Miko bc she had great reviews and had a space at Sola Salon across the street from my apartment. Since then, she’s moved, and I’ve moved, and I still go to see her, despite the fact that she’s now over an hour away from me. I would travel across state lines to see her if I had to. She’s that good with my hair. She’s also wonderful to talk to and super funny, for what it’s worth! Love you, Miko!! ❤️

I’ve been getting my hair done by Miko for years now and I honestly don’t trust anyone else to do as good a job. The vibe in the salon is relaxing and very zen. Even when your service is up, you don’t want to leave lol

I had the most RELAXING & AMAZING facials ever. I received a back facial that comes with a relaxing massage and treatment of the hyperpigmentation on my back. I also received an AHA facial with add on’s of a few anti aging modalities. Kimiko is very knowledgeable in her field. She pays close attention to your needs and delivers. I felt stressed and weighed down when I came in, I walked out feeling as if a ton of weight was lifted. My face looks and feels amazing as well as my back! Thank you Kimiko.

I'm from Dallas but I was in Chicago for about a week and of course I forgot to pack all my hair supplies lol. I stop in for a wash and style an A Mani an pedi. Miko did my hair wash an style. She was very gentle. I told her I was tinder headed an bleach blonde she listened an was very gentle. I'm picky about the way My hair is laid out and curled and what direction etc I guess I'm very particular lol! She did my hair exactly the way I asked. I got a mani an pedi from Michi she took her time an didn't try to rush me. I even bumped my foot on the table an messed up a few of my toes, Which she had to do 2 over agin she listened to my every concern which I loved. For my next business trip I'll definitely come back. Everybody was so friendly and genuine. It just was good vibes and great service.

Being in the hair industry myself, I am extremely picky with color placement. Miko was absolutely fantastic with understanding EXACTLY what I wanted! The salon is clean and has a modern and relaxed feel. 10 stars for having an extensive coffee/drink menu. Can’t wait to go back and try their skin and nail services!

I absolutely love Liquid Hair Lounge. Every time I’m there, it’s like I’m visiting with friends, but going home beautiful!! Kimiko is amazing!! She has made me and my hair “regulars”. Koasia is great with my manicures and Sylvia is wonderful with my facials & waxing! Love, love, love them!!!

I cannot tell you how much Miko means to me. She’s is the most genuine person ever. Will always be real with you (I’m low maintenance) and she even called me out when I had a mullet (long story of a hair-regrow journey) I have followed Miko around the city the last 6 years and she’s a hair goddess, plain and simple. LHL is all her’s and it’s such a cute shop. She can have the TV going for you, drinks available and a great conversation. It’s a very comfortable and calm environment. She uses plant-based products and has beauty products on sale too. Every time I leave I feel like a queen! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a new place, or if you just moved into the city!

Let me start off by saying because of everything going on with Covid I was hesitant to still get my hair done! Knowing all the precautions Miko is taking to ensure her client’s safety with all the sanitizing and masks being given to clients before even walking into the salon space made me feel a lot safer. Not only am I completely happy and impressed by all of that to top it off my hair looks AMAZING!!

Today was mine and my daughters first time getting services at Liquid Hair Lounge. I was very impressed with the services and the whole vibe of the salon. Kimiko did an amazing job with our hair! I got my bangs cut 💇🏽‍♀️ And my hair was so soft silky and shiny after my wash and blowout, my daughter got hers trimmed and styled and hers was also nice and silky 🤩 Koasia did our full set of acrylic nails 💅🏽 We just love them! She takes her time and does great quality work. I most definitely will be back! 💞

absolutely AMAZINGGGGGGGG experience. Mikos energy is beautiful and the private appointment experience was one of THEE best salon experiences I have ever had. 1000% recommend. and to top it off, she breathed LIFEEE back into my crown and I ADORE the results. The salon is gorgeous and the vibes are first class.
