Just because you can't speak the language doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing as for a good massage and tell her where you need the massage at and she will take care of you very good technique when they use the pole and stand on your back and massage you

Terrible massage. Paid for an hour and 20 minutes in she said ok all set!! I told her no I paid for an hour!!! She massaged a little more which was terrible. Never again Don’t waste your money

As a woman, every time I’ve tried to book a massage here I am turned down. I think this must be a rub and tug. Would be SUPER CONVENIENT if you actually catered to women and did your job, I live in the neighborhood and could be a regular customer. Bad customer service. I’ve had the door slammed on my face, phone hung up on me. I’ve never even been here before. Bizarre and shady. I would stay away, and I’m not going to attempt to book here again.

1-hour massage is NOT $60 as it is listed on the website. She asks for $30 for the tip (50% of the service 😳😳) and $7.5 for the tax. So, 1-hour massage will cost you $97.5. Besides she charges you before the session, not at the end of your massage. I do not think that it is worth it. This place is not focused on giving you a good service but ripping you off. Stay away!

Had a deep tissue massage and it was really good, I feel alot better after going here 1 hour cost 60$ +tip not bad at all I'll definitely be back 😁

Husband’s massage was 20 min short while he waited for the therapist. We tried to tip $10 each, but they pretty much demanded $20 each for a tip, never experienced anything like that before. And they charge an undisclosed service fee for using your credit card. Will never go back, don’t recommend. Go somewhere else.

If you want a fancy spa experience, this is not the place for you. If, however, you need someone to work the knots out of your shoulders for a good price and you don't care so much about the other stuff, I highly recommend this place. The facility and equipment are super run-down and low-budget. The woman there speaks very, very limited English. Nonetheless, it was a really great massage and my shoulders feel completely reset. That woman is shockingly strong! An hour is $60 + a minimum $20 tip.

Not your typical Li's Asian Massage. If you frequently Asian massage in different cities and states, you'll discover this one is not quite up to par. That said, my actual massage was fabulous! Do not judge a book by its cover. The facility may be run down, but the massage will be excellent!!

This place advertises one price and added on an extra $20 with no explanation as to why. Would give it 0 stars for wasting my time to begin with. No customer service whatsoever and when I asked about the additional $20 she just couldn’t explain and told me it was “tax” in what world is an extra $20 tax?!

Local, family-owned business; they are highly skilled at massage! I’ve had hundreds of massages and they are better than most spas I’ve been to, regardless of price. Their understanding of the body, the flow of energy, and pressure were skills that stood out to me. While there is a language barrier, they communicated well and responded to my needs. Very professional, kind, and thorough. Highly recommend Li’s - you won’t find a better massage for the price. Plus, they’re open late and take walk-ins, which was how I came across them in the first place.

The only lady there was friendly and nice, but barely spoke English. She doesn't knead your muscles but only puts pressure. Was massaging my legs through a towel (!). I don't feel relaxed afterward :(

Though she could not speak English, she was polite and respectful. Her hands were magic! Very skilled... at the end she used a hot towel to clean off the oils on my back... I will visit again
