Absolutely terrible I bought 65 min massage and called and was told they had an opening but check the voucher and told me they didn’t want to take me it’s been 3 days cant get a refund. Why have a business open if you’re not in business to make money. Do not waste your time with this place please go to another massage place

DONT GROUPON. Rude rude rude. Groupon purchased, i was told it was expired when it wasn't. Then didn't answer for a while, now I'm warned my groupon payment only counts for 10% it's been so ridiculous.

I often find massages expensive, so I visit different places and leave honest reviews to help others. Recently, I was looking for an affordable yet tranquil massage. I found a wide range of prices on Groupon and read reviews to make an informed choice. I'm cautious of manipulated reviews and value genuine feedback. So, I saw Lisa‘s foot massage, and the reviews were good, so I booked an appointment. I contacted her and her pricing was $65. She suggested a date, but it didn't work with her schedule. So, considering my school schedule, study commitments, and a part-time job, I proposed a date that would work better for both of us. My massage session was Scheduled and I went to visit Lisa. The massage establishment's location may not have been the most ideal, but Lisa's exceptional friendliness and warmth truly stood out. Her kindness and welcoming demeanor made me feel completely at ease and valued. In consideration of my overall experience, I would rate Lisa’s Massage a 9.5 out of 10. While I thoroughly enjoyed the massage, I believe that the ambiance could have been enhanced with the addition of some soothing candles or scents. The music was compelling, the light was beautiful, and Lisa gave me an unforgettable massage. I tipped her $15 for her service and I booked another appointment for September 27, 2024, as her pricing and sessions are impeccable.

Got a groupon for this place. Looks cute on google map. Follow the instructions left a vmail. And I got this text. I am still dealing with Groupon trying to get a refund after 3 hours, no answer Do not fall for this spa. They want you pay full. FAKE advertising Sorry .i don't want this ticket ..you better refund to Groupon get you money back .go buy another big foot spa ..not my super small spa . thanks ..if you not refund ..then..you will wast you money .. because any another big business foot spa they will take this kind ticket ...thank you.

My mom and I went for massages yesterday. She was very nice and accommodating. Our massages were great!! My mom has been experiencing lower back pain. I have been experiencing neck and shoulder pain. She got both of us right together. We felt so good afterwards. We will definitely be back.

I scheduled a last minute appointment for me and my mom! We had Lisa & Bill who were very professional! I’ve been to many massage parlors but Bill definitely gave me the best foot massage I’ve ever had. Lisa did a great job on mom. They applied the right pressure and loved that they focused on our pressure points. The price is too good to be true. We’ll be back the next time we visit Chicago!!

I would give zero if I can. I brought a Groupon, and she keep encourage me to return the groupon because it is not the service I want. I told her that I know what type of services included and I am ok with it . she won't schedule me if I want to use my Groupon. Very complicated to communicate with!! Not recommended !!

It was my birthday week and Lisa was very amazing in scheduling me appointment that was reasonable for me! She did a wonderful massage for 60 minutes. It is very a calming and relaxing. The massage was worth it. I am definitely planning on going back at least once a month. The price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you Lisa.

I had an amazing massage at (Lisa feet spa )with Lisa ! I recently moved and have not been keeping up my swimming gym .My left shoulder has been very tight and I feel tension in my left hand, which tells me my body is very out of whack (and I may possible have a pinched nerve). Based on the other positive reviews, I booked an appointment and was matched up with Lisa She did an amazing job working on that shoulder as well as the rest of me. I can tell I'm on my way to being back to myself after another massage or two. Highly recommend this business if you're in pain or just need some pampering. Only need a call make Booking line for Lisa ……

Lisa is so sweet! I didn’t have enough time to make an appointment but she made time for me anyways. I needed a massage desperately from 8 hours of sitting in a car/driving. Her foot and full body massage was amazing and fixed my foot and back pain. Convenient location in Chinatown and great price!

My first experience here was good! The foot massage was off the chain, I didn’t want it to ever end. 🦾 There was a little hick up with the amount of time I received for my foot massage BUT Lisa is making it worth my while. I will definitely be back on a monthly basis to receive my foot massage. This place is clean, it has a nice vibe to it, nice set up, and professional employees. Thank you Lisa! Very relaxing needs oriental music to make it more soothing but I liked it very much. I'd say there's room for improvement such as when massaging be easy not to press down on a person's tailbone, and just because a person has more weight, you can still be gentle.
