I have called this business over 10 times from the beginning of January trying to book. I also reached out via their website. I left multiple voicemails as well. And nothing. Their customer service sucks as well as their follow through on contacting potential customers back.

We had Nadia today for a mani/pedi. I got these services for my elderly mother-in-law and she loved it! Nadia was friendly, attentive and meticulous. My mother-in-law was very impressed and we’d definitely use Élite Mobile Spa again! 😊

Booked Elite Mobile Spa to visit my Grandma, Mom and MIL at their senior living center. The 2 ladies were professional, gentle and very sweet. Our Grandma's were the envy of everyone. They had a wonderful, relaxing experience and are totally thrilled.

The set up for my daughters 8th birthday was great and amazing! Staff was friendly and Katrina herself was very attentive to all the guests in the party. Would highly recommend to anyone hosting a spa party at home.

My mother is in her early 90’s and unable to regularly care for her feet. It had been over a year since she’d had a pedicure, and that was the first one in more than 8 years prior. Based on that one in salon visit a year ago, which didn’t find relaxing, she dismissed the need for a pedicure to “young girl stuff”. We gave her a Elite Mobil Spa treatment for Christmas and she loved it! Katrina is a jewel! Her warmth and generous conversation endeared her to my mother, and her knowledge, skill and experience comforted the family. My mother asked to regularly schedule an appointment because she enjoyed the experience so much. Thank you, Katrina! I expect we will be seeing you again soon!

Katrina at Elite Mobile Spa was so helpful and was exactly what I was needing. I was looking for someone to come give my elderly mom a pedicure after she had a health setback and could no longer get to her nail salon. Katrina was available within the week, came to my mom’s house, and gave my mom a relaxing and refreshing experience. It is well worth the cost whether you have an elderly parent or just want to get pampered yourself. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you, Katrina!!

Katrina is attentive, respectful and dignified in her very special work. She came to our home to help my 80 year old father and she was perfection! Not an easy task to perform a mani/pedi on an elderly stroke victim but she was outstanding and we will be using these services again and again!!
