If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for a children's haircut for my 6 year old, and was LOUDLY told she has lice.... like... so loudly that there wasn't a soul who didn't hear in the entire salon, store, and possibly Park Hill neighborhood. We booked an appointment the next day for a lice exam at "Lice and Easy" - a (spectacular) lice clinic in Arvada. Turns out nobody in our family had lice (which is great). I have no qualms about the lice accusation. Anybody can be wrong about anything, and a stylist isn't a nurse - so no issues... And believe me - if I have lice I want to know... My concen was the stylist's complete lack of discretion (and frankly, tact) in telling us she believed we had lice. My daughter isn't the first kid to be suspected of having lice, and she certainly won't be the last. It's a sensitive (and pretty embarrassing) situation to be in - especially for a child. When we called the next day to let them know what had happened (aka. the stylist broadcasting to everyone in a 3 block radius that she thought we were crawling with bugs), we were essentially told to F-off by Dana, the incredibly rude store manager. Her literal words were, "We don't need your business, bye!" Nice, Dana! I don't want anything from these people, especially now. However, the one thing I do think is important is for Little Bird to find a more discrete and sensitive way to handle embarrassing situations involving a child... since the approach they're currently using is, "humiliate said child in front of everyone" followed by, "have rude and immature store manager dismiss and interrupt clients when they express any sort of concern. Then hang up on them." Little Bird, if you're reading this - all I ask is for you to encourage stylists to *quietly* and *discretely* share any concerns about lice with parents (that way nobody is scaring or embarrassing a little kid). As for Dana, all I can say is that I'm glad she doesn't work for me!

Amazing stylists! So kind, they pay attention to detail and just overall wonderful experience! I will not go anywhere else! 💚 My kid is 2 for reference, and got his first and second hair cut here. Will be returning for all of the future cuts! 😃

Seriously the best. We drive across town to come here. Callan was our stylist today and so incredibly sweet and gentle with my soft-scalped kiddo. My daughter enjoyed the process and her hair looks AMAZING The toys are hard to resist on the boutique side, but it's worth it to come to a studio with ipads, fun chairs, and stylists who are all so amazing with kiddos of all ages.

Stylist did a great job with our toddler's first professional haircut. Loved the ambience of the store. And they'll give you a punchcard for $20 off. I thought the haircut was reasonably priced ($25 for the first and $30 after). The chairs are cute my son had a great time. We'll definitely be back.

We absolutely love Little Bird Hair Studio. They have cut our girls’ hair (now 6 and 4) since their first hair cuts. We particularly appreciate how warm, kind, and welcoming they are to our family. We typically see Briana and Lillian, but every stylist is just awesome. Thank you, Little Bird Hair Studio, for taking such wonderful care of our girls.

Took my daughter here for her first haircut. Not only did they treat her with so much care but they went at her pace and made it a fun experience for her. That’s all we could really ask for. It’s an adorably decorated studio.

I wish I could give them 100 stars! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around amazing. Alisha cut my sons hair and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them! I will be booking all my future appointments there for my son 💚 if you have time check out their boutique shop! They have plenty of great items for boy & girl.

Roxane did an exceptional job cutting my twin boys' long shoulder-length hair. The boys received numerous compliments and absolutely adored their new cuts. It's noteworthy that this is the first salon they have ever specifically asked to return to by name!

Always a great experience at the hair studio and we always find an adorable toy or dress! We have been taking our daughter to Alisha for haircuts for over a year now. She is wonderful! Such a fun, professional place! And the boutique has the cutest clothing, toys & books. We drive from Lakewood to come here, totally worth it! Love this place!

Alisha is amazing with my daughters super curly hair! She not only cuts it quickly and expertly, but she is so good with my daughter who doesn’t love haircuts. We’ve had zero tears with Alisha and we are so glad we found her!!!

Brought my 6 year old for a haircut yesterday. Her haircut looks great. They have iPads to distract the kids. And they put a cute braid in her hair afterwards and used glitter gel (asked me first if it was ok). My daughter was thrilled.

I didn’t realize when I had the day wrong for when our appointment was. Everyone was so nice and tried to fit us in but they were totally booked that day. They quickly found a time for us the next day and stayed late to cut our 2yo son’s hair. He wasn’t comfy with the large clippers and she was great with the amount of distraction and showing him what she was doing. And his cut was great!

My kiddo was incredibly nervous for his first non-Mommy haircut and totally refused to get in the seat, finally clinging to me as he was halfway sitting, and Brittany was SO patient. Little by little he got comfortable and it ended up being a great haircut. When seeing himself in the mirror, he said "I YIKE my new haircut!" :)

Walked in on a Tuesday to make an appointment for my son. Lady greeted me and asked to me put in all my info on the iPad which I did. Appointment day came around, got my son all ready for his first ever haircut. Walked into the salon to only find out that the lady didn’t actually put my son’s appointment in and already had other clients there with no room for my son. Really disappointing. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
