Came here to get a massage, I’ve been here before and it was pleasant. However today when getting a body massage I felt the masseuse massaged me way over the appropriate areas to massage were. I’ve gotten massages plenty of times and this was the only time it didn’t feel right and I felt exposed a lot of the times. I still don’t even know how to process the experience just know that a line was definitely crossed . I will not be going back there again and really hope you guys inform your employees what areas are and are not appropriate especially for women.

Good service. They have a 10 am - 12pm foot massage special. It's $25 for 1 hour, but the massage it's actually for the body and they end with the foot massage.

It is one of the best places to drop in for a massage. If you have pain that can't wait however long, it would take to get an appointment somewhere else, this is the place to go. This is NOT a place to go for a gentile massage. But the work they do is satisfying and, more importantly, pain relieving.

Yesterday I was having neck and upper back issues from working at my computer all day. I had an incredible massage with Ada I’m feeling relaxed and so glad I took the time to care for myself. I now have Little Rainbow Foot Spa in my calendar and will be going on a regular basis. Book a massage with Ada you won’t be disappointed.

Came here while visiting SB over the weekend. The front desk lady was not friendly nor did she have customer service skills. Me and my friends had the combo special for $40 which is not a bad deal. You get what you pay for…I left from there sore from my back. I had the unfortunate luck of having the receptionist do my massage and she kept coming and leaving to do my message. She was too rough! I’m not sure how they have so many good ratings lol…

4 1/2 ☆'s!!! Great massages! Great place for the price! Would have given it 5☆'s but sometimes it's hard to communicate with the person giving the massage. They are friendly and nice. I've been going 1-2 times a week! Love it!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was terrible in every way and I need to warn others from considering a massage here. The massage took place in a single giant community room with 10 rows of 2 beds; when I arrived there was only 1 bed occupied and they placed me right next to that occupied bed, a very suspect move considering covid. They then put my feet in a luke warm bucket and left me alone for 10 minutes before actually beginning the massage- they only began since I got up to leave given how long I was waiting to start (and this was while the 1 hour was on the clock). The massage itself was horrible, combined with moments where the pressure was way lacking, and others where he almost injured my Achilles, lower back, neck, and shoulders due to an unacceptable amount of pressure for such tender body locations. Many many times I shared live feedback about this all massage long. I legitimately felt unsafe from the massage therapist’s work and had an absolutely miserable experience in every possible way. You get what you pay for here… take your business anywhere else. You’re welcome for the warning.

My wife came here while we were visiting Santa Barbara and this was recommended to us as a great massage place. We were totally not disappointed at all. They have so many choices on the type of massages you can get. From chair massage to foot massages to full body massages. And you pick how long you want it done. I had the full body 60 minute massage and it was awesome. They did quality work and it didn't feel like they didn't care about your satisfaction. Plus it's reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend. And when I'm back in Santa Barbara, I will be back. 👍👍

Absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant at first because the price was so low, but it was one of the best massages I’ve had! It met all of my expectations and then some- hot towels, hot stones at the end, and great deep pressure massage from a friendly masseuse. If your hesitant, don’t be- worth every penny!

The place was not that relaxing. The place was so cold, and my masssage hurt so bad. The man asked if its to hard and i said yes, he also asked if i wanted it softer and i said yes , but he was still jabbing his elbow on my back while putting his weight on it. I had told him again softer ... But at least he apologized..Im only 110 pounds so it was way to much for me. I feel so sore.my experience wasnt that great.

My family, we were 6, and I went to this spa two days in a row because we enjoyed it very much. The ambiance is very nice, very nicely decorated. The prices are very reasonable we were happy with that. The first day I had a combo - which is what I recommend...They start with a foot massage (you soak your feet in a little wooden "tub") and lay down on a classic foot massage bed (very similar to asia)..they start by massaging your neck, shoulders, and face (i loved this) and then they massage your arms and upper legs. One piece of feedback, they could put the water for your feet a little warmer. Then they start the foot massage, which is very well done. Neck massage is really strong but they know how to do it well because I felt a lot better after the massage (both days, no pain post massage). In the combo...after the foot massage, they transfer you to another room and use oil for your back body. High quality massage. Great value. Will be returning. My other family member's thought the same thing.

This is a hidden gem! Unassuming and under the radar. It can be a little intimidating as many of the massage therapists do not speak English very well - that being said - look past that and you will be welcomed and taken care of so well. I come here often for the 90 minute combination massage which is priced at $55 (plus gratuity.) It starts with a scalp massage while your feet are immersed in hot water - bear with the heat and let your feet soak, I promise they will not catch on fire - the heat really allows your blood to start flowing and the massage will be that much better. All the therapists ask if you like a medium or firm touch so you can specify the level of massage. After your feet have soaked they move on to a foot massage which is heavenly! For the longer massages you’ll be invited into a private massage room with table and allowed to undress. It is not lavish (but your eyes are closed) and it is private and clean. They also use hot stones at the end! My favorite therapists are Tony, James and Michael. If you love acupressure ask for Tony. I used to go to fancy spas for my massages and they would be so expensive and very often hit or miss. The therapists at rainbow foot spa are very well trained and the price much more reasonable - it is how massage should be - not just something you do while on vacation but a wellness ritual you should be able to add to your routine.
