Horrible unprofessional place! Disgusting, they literally ruined my sister’s hair burned her scalp and fried it. They ruined a special occasion for her and they didn’t have the courage to speak up at the moment and let her walk out like that. They need to be held accountable for their actions. This is a cash and grab place how does someone knowingly think this was okay and my sister wouldn’t notice what they did. This place should not be in business if that’s how they treat their customers and the fact that she had paid $380 for them to literally damage her hair. You guys are embarrassing!

It shouldn't even have 1 star. I asked for ombre. She literally just bleached half my hair. It had a straight line. No gradient. I literally went to sallys crying. My hair is super damaged and ugly. Don't wish this place on anyone
