I have been seeing Michelle for over 10 years and she is AMAZING 🤩. I WOULD NEVER trust anyone else . Michelle takes her time with you , asking questions, and is ALWAYS very attentive 💯. Over the years I have referred MANY people to her , and I even have 1 friend who flys into Vegas twice a year just to see her personally. I’m writing this review now , because this morning another friend of mine called me and asked me to send the link to Liv Beautiful. As I was looking at the website o saw the review section and thought I would share my 10 years of experience at Liv Beautiful. I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for a good respectable quality establishment with AMAZING results . I WOULD NOT LET ANYONE ELSE TPUCH MY FACE 💯

I’ve had the pleasure of attending liv beautiful aesthetics for about three years now. I am greeted wonderfully every single time I’m there, especially by the people in the Front, But also by everyone else in the building. Michelle Norvell Is absolutely amazing at what she does I Wouldn’t let anybody else come near me with a needle but her. Liv Beautiful is the perfect place to go to if you want to be in a heartwarming ambience and get amazing results!!!!

Just a heads up, when you arrive for your appointment be sure to confirm the service they have you booked for. The young man I spoke to when scheduling my appointment entered a chemical peel when I was supposed to receive a pumpkin enzyme facial and microdermabrasion. After the peel, I mentioned to the person at the front desk what I expected and she told me I was in the system for a peel. I was highly disappointed but didn’t make a fuss. Her and the esthetician explained to me what I could expect to happen in the upcoming days and that after my skin peeled I would be happy with the results. So I just went with it. Well absolutely nothing happened! So, not only did I not get the service I paid for but I got something that didn’t improve my skin or show any results. I reached out to the manager Suzanne expecting some resolution but was given the options of contacting Groupon for a refund or paying the difference between the peel and the service I originally paid for. That’s awesome customer service! No accountability on Liv Beautiful’s part, just have the customer pay for their mistake.

I purchased a package of five IPL Facials through Groupon, and my aesthetician Danielle has been so kind and helpful! Everyone at the front desk is very nice and easy to talk to, always great at answering any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this med spa, and I have been to plenty of others in the valley that do not offer the same level of care & customer service, and only seem to care about getting your money.

Been coming here for about 8 years and it's always a great experience. I feel embarrassed to be posting a review of this place after 8 years, but better late than never. The attention to detail is amazing and all the staff is great but Aleksandra B. is just incredible at what she does. 110% recommend this place.

LIV Beautiful is the only place I got for my facial needs!! Michelle is wonderful and knows exactly what she does. She has unique technique for injecting I really can't explain it you must visit to find out!! Her whole staff is amazing! Alexandra is another gem there. I've been going there for several years know! I've referred many friends and family who also love going there.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! All of the staff was fantastic. They were patient and kind toward all customers and people calling in on the phone. This place is poppin and I can see why! I am so excited to begin my regular skin care regiment with Danielle! She is so sweet and kind and gentle. I have only had one service done and I was hooked! I’ve been waiting a long time to begin regular skin care regime because I’ve wanted to go somewhere where I felt comfortable. Danielle was so patient and so sweet to walk me and my good friend through some great options about how to take positive steps toward better skin! Yay!! So excited for my future here with Danielle!

Michelle was absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to build this relationship with someone I can trust with my beauty regime. I felt right at home and my nerves were calmed with my treatments. Sick of this place running late. 30-45 minutes each time for my appointment, sometimes sent away and rescheduled. First couple of times I understand things happen but 4/5/6 times being there I have never been seen on time. I’m sick of it. Others peoples time is valuable too and plenty of places to get Botox in town with much better customer care

The reason LIV does not have thousands of reviews is for the reason I have not posted in 5 years. We don’t want to share Michelle. She is amazing! She is the best you will find anywhere! One day I was waiting for my appointment when a woman came out crying. Because she was so happy with the fillers Michelle had done for her. The woman showed me her before picture and wow 🤩 She looked 10 years younger. I moved to Colorado a few years ago and I fly back to see Michelle because I can’t find anyone like her. She is smart, knows the anatomy of the face and spends time explaining and discussing what you want. She has all the latest technology in lasers etc. If cost has been holding you back just do it. Every time you look in the mirror you will say it’s worth every penny! And you will be back! Also, Alex who does micro blading in her office is also the best! Having full eyebrows also takes years off your face.

Great experience!! Felt like they truly cared about making my experience phenomenal. I am in my 50s and they were great at explaining different treatment options and putting together something that would not only accomplish my goals, but also fit my budget. Highly recommend them after going to several places in LasVegas area.
