Stacy was amazing!!! I’ve been to a lot of med spas over the past few years and this is by far the best experience I have had. She was totally honest about her thoughts, was very knowledgeable and patient, and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all.

I had a laser done with Sydney and, as always, she was excellent! She takes her time to explain everything in detail- addresses all skin concerns, gives pre and post care instructions, listens to expectations and is very transparent. She is a testament to the great side of cosmetics industry! Highly recommend

I’ve been doing the Semaglutide program with Sydney for about 6 months and I can honestly say it has completely changed my life. For the first time since my daughter was born, I’m starting to look and feel like myself again. I couldn’t have done it without her and am so excited to continue the journey this year. This is the best MedSpa I have ever been to. Every single provider here is extremely skilled and talented. You will always feel like home when you walk in the doors and they will never mislead you or try and sell you on services that you don’t need. I can’t say enough positive things about Livio. I was really sick a few years ago and I came in and saw Lisa and Laura. They were so kind and loving towards me and they let me know that what I was concerned about nobody else was noticing and that they wanted me to focus on getting better and to come visit them in six months. The fact that these women took the time to sit with me and discuss what was going on and then tell me that I couldn’t get services right now, but to come back when I was better spoke volumes to me about their morals and values. So many other places would’ve tried to sell me on doing different things that could’ve negatively impacted my health. If you are reading this, trying to figure out if you should go to Livio, don’t walk run!

I had an amazing experience at Livio Med Spa! Stacie is magic! I’ve tried several med spas in the Cincinnati/NKY area, but I’ve never encountered the level of honesty and expertise that Stacie provided. Her attention to detail and thoroughness made it clear I was in the hands of a tenured professional. She gave me insights based on facts, set realistic expectations, and never once made me feel like I was being sold on anything. Stacie took the time to explain everything, ensuring I fully understood the benefits and process. After just one microneedling session, I noticed visible improvements in my skin’s texture and tone, so I ended up purchasing a package. I've been a loval customer of Livio MedSpa since the beginning of the year, but I recently had a very disappointing experience that has made me rethink my relationship with this business. I tested positive for COVID and texted the spa to explain the situation, mentioning that although I wasn't feeling too sick, I wanted to be cautious and avoid potentially exposing others. I acknowledged that it was late to cancel my appointment, but I felt it was the responsible thing to do. Instead of receiving any understanding or empathy, the person I communicated with didn't even acknowledge my message. Shortly after, I received a cancellation notice, and to my surprise, I was charged a $100 fee. It was shocking and frustrating to see that, despite my circumstances and concern for the staff and other customers, Livio MedSpa seemed to care more about the cancellation fee than my health or the safety of others. I've been a customer for nearly a year, and I've spent a good amount of money on their services, but this situation made me feel like they only care about profit, not their customers. It's really disappointing and has left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected much better from a place I once trusted and valued.

Laura is so knowledgeable and her approach is very "fact-based". I went to her for my first time getting any tox treatment, and I am going to recommend her to anyone who asks! This seems like a no frills practice, and I don't feel like I'm being oversold. Love it here.

Laura is INCREDIBLE. This review cannot possibly cover all the reasons in one paragraph but I’ll do my best! Patient, kind, nonjudgmental, excellent with detail, a talented practitioner. I came to Livio Med Spa after a previous bad experience at a different spa (with a lot of anxiety.) Laura diligently and genuinely answered each of my questions. I was such a nervous bean at the beginning but left feeling very comfortable. I felt like we were side by side to find the best solution together. Not to mention her work is top-notch. You can tell she cares about her results to an almost perfectionistic degree. Most importantly, she earns and maintains trust: knowledgeable, direct and effective in communication, and honest (which is really hard to come by nowadays.) I cannot rave enough. Thank you, Laura!

Scenerio: you're away on business, want your lips filled with a "MLBB" aesthetic and don't want your boyfriend/partner to know. SEE SYDNEY. SHE GETS IT. It was my first time with lip filler, and Sydney was professional, gentle, patient, and expertly understood my vision and concerns. And yes, your lips soften up completely 2-3 weeks after the inital filler. When I arrived home, my boyfriend had no idea! I did confess, but after seeing how beautiful/natural filler can be, my boyfriend has ZERO complaints. 5 months later, I still look in the mirror and I'm thrilled with my decision.

She did not try and push products; rather, she explained ingredients and how they would work together to achieve my skincare goals. We finished my consult with a refreshing Diamond Glow facial, and plans to continue further treatment, and I left feeling clean and refreshed—exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Stacie, she is a wealth of knowledge!

They do an impeccable job of recommending services that are right for the individual to address your concerns. They are very honest about managing realistic expectations. I have seen an incredible difference in my skin since starting with Livio. I never got compliments on my skin before, now I get compliments almost daily! Your skin is worth the investment!
