I’ve been going to this salon for two years and love it here!! The staff is so friendly, fast, and the salon is very nice and clean. They also offer a complimentary drink during your visit. I always love my nails. 10/10 recommend this salon and the nail tech Belinda!

I come here often but last Friday was my last day giving this overpriced place a chance. My last review stated my pedicure was rushed after paying 60 dollars she basically put my desk in water dry and painted them. I was contacted by the owner ( the husband) to come in to have it corrected or get 50% off I let him know this would have to be on my off day. Well I went on yesterday to see if he would honor what he told me but he acted as if he didn’t call me and his number changed overnight. I paid for my pedicure only for him to state i had three days to get 50 % off something he failed to mention. I received 9 dollars off! I won’t be back!

They were able to accommodate me 30 min prior to closing which I really appreciated as it was Saturday night. Dip removal + French tip style full set was $70. Really pleasant environment. She did not rush and when I asked for a polish color change two nails in she didn’t make me feel bad about it. Just great customer service overall. (FYI The picture is a week after I got them done)

I came here on 9/15/2024, to get my eyebrows waxed. I just needed a clean up not an actual wax. I specifically stated to the lady that if she did not know how to do eyebrows please do not touch them. She proceeded to do my eyebrows & once she added the wax she left the white paper on for awhile acting shocked as if she did something wrong & didn’t want to show me how my brows looked only to find out that she cut my entire hairs off my right eyebrow. The manager tried telling me that i came in w no hair & that she didn’t understand how she could have taken my hairs off.. mind you i know how i look everyday i came in with a full set of hairs on each brow.. I advise nobody to get their brows did there. Not to mention they had a horrible smell when entering the nail shop.

I’ve gone here multiple times and it’s just average. But yesterday, I got a manicure after getting my acrylics off. The tech was saying how she couldn’t shape my nails square because they were uneven (she could’ve easily shaped them with the nail file because that’s what it’s for) and I just feel like the job was lazy work. She burned my skin when nail filing, the nail polish coats were chunky and she saw that but left it. I ended up taking off my nail polish and filing my nails down the way I wanted. This is why I prefer small business nail techs because nail salons just don’t do the best work compared to them

This review is overdue. I was in town from Los Angeles, visiting with my Sisters for a family event. My nails were such a mess, I couldn't even look at them and was so embarrassed for anyone to see them; I had so much damage from various nail techniques. When I set down with Lee, she made me feel comfortable. Her energy was transcending, so much so that it was as though we were the only people in the spa. And she assured me that my nails would recover and gave me detailed instructions all while caring for my damaged nails. She was so gentle, neat, and concerned. I really appreciated the SPA treatment. When she was finished, ohhhh, I wanted to bring her back with me to Los Angeles. My hands were so pretty I couldn't stop looking at them. I have left the gel manicure on for a while because that's how nice it looked and if it weren't for the new growth...I would have tried for an extra week. But I made sure to follow Lee's instructions and upon removing the gel polish exactly as she instructed..no tools, my nail bed is ridge free, I have growth that didn't split or break as soon as the gel polish was off and my nails finally feel stronger. If it were a possibility to just come to Houston once a month to get my manicure with Lee, I'd do so in a heartbeat. This salon is a true spa feel. I particularly appreciated that the ladies were speaking to their clients (softly) and not across the room to each other. The vibe is great and the owner was very sweet also. I watched how she engaged respectfully and paid attention to ALL of the customers too. I even mistakenly left my cell phone and didn't realize until I was almost back to my sister's home, nearly 7 minutes away, but I didn't have any fear or doubt that my phone would not be right where I'd left it because the energy was just that great. And of course it was exactly where I had left it. Please go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. And if you happen to sit with Lee, please let her know Vee from Los Angeles sent you.

This is the only nail shop that I have ever come to since moving to Houston 4 years ago. They always provide great service. My manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows are always done well here. Love them!!
