I had a deep tissue massage done by Lauren, and she did such an incredible job. I've had deep tissue massages before, but none of them compare to this. I would highly recommend Lauren. The customer service at Laka Spa is also great, the staff is very accommodating, and the spa is clean and stunning.

It was an incredible experience from start to finish. Both the facial and massage could not have been better. As a working mom of two toddlers, I can put feeling completely refreshed!! Tiffany who did the massage portion of my spa treatment is a true gem. Beautiful spa with kind and courteous staff. I can't recommend Laka Spa highly enough!

Spa helped navigate a lost gift certificate and my daughter loved her massage and the therapist she worked with. She also appreciated those who made her feel welcome and relaxed. She plans to visit again and to put birthday gift certificates in safe place in the future.

Had previously had a great thermal mud wrap, went back for a massage and facial. Massage was great, the facial was pretty bad. Would not recommend getting facial treatments here.

I have been to many spas all over the world. I had high expectations for $325 spa service. I had a “facial” and a rub down vs a massage. It was mediocre at best. I was so disappointed. I will never go back.

The spa located inside the Hotel Landing was an obvious choice for a girls weekend. The spa menu had many choices for people who may be interested in different things which is always nice. Small locker room to change into provided robes and sandals and some of the small items like pony tails were also available. Waiting room was also small with a few lounge chairs and egg chairs to wait for your service. Lemon water was included, but would have loved to have seen some tea or something as an option. Service provider was great, beds were comfortable but definitely the pipes/water noise were distracting-not sure if a sound machine near the sinks would help or not.

Was given a gift card so booked a facial and dermaplaning. Very overpriced and underwhelming. Facialist was apathetic and at times even rough. She went through the motions with terse explanations of what she was doing but not why. No suggestion re best skincare for me. Worst facial & most expensive I’ve ever experienced. Very impersonal

Probably the worst facial I’ve ever had… if you like light repetitive petting and light pressure 2-3 cm away from the actual pressure point, go for it. Literally missed every pressure point and did a figure eight around my eyes after petting my neck for 10 minutes. Focused on petting my shoulders, missed the trapezius, and massaged my knuckles & dorsal forearm instead of wrist and soft hand tissue. I’ve had plenty of facials and this one made me want to jump off the table… but I guess it depends on what you’re expecting

Everything about this place is fabulous. Courteous employees, clean spa, super soft robes, amazing massage and facial! Love this place. I was 34 weeks pregnant and they made all my pains disappear. Highly recommend!

Kinda a hidden gem located inside the hotel. I did a 80min massage and a scalp treatment and it was extremely relaxing. Highly recommend.

My partner and I got the harmonic couples package.. Beautiful view of the woods and lake, lovely quiet sitting area, comfy, plush robes, beautiful fire, and that's just the beginning. Gretchen gives the perfect massage, skilled hands with just the right pressure. Dana's facial is thorough, relaxing and my skin has never been fresher. The steam bath was a great way to open my pores and warm my body.. I would definitely come back!

Our experience was not very consistent. My wife and I each scheduled facial/massage a month in advance but when we arrived, they only had us down for 25 minute facials. I showed them email correspondence but there wasn't anything they could do at that time. The limited service we got was fantastic but the scheduling issue left a bad taste in our mouth. I emailed the person I booked it with at the hotel and have yet to hear back a week later.

My friend picked this spa hidden on the second floor in the Hotel Landing. We booked the laka spa sampler for her bachelorette. Samantha, at the front of the spa, was cordial and attentive throughout the booking and follow up process. She helped pick the very best for our budget and even decorated the spa with items I had left the night before and even left my friend a special gift. She checked in several times and was very welcoming with any changes we made. I've received many massages and facials in the past, and I have to say, they do spa well here. The masseuse focused on my critical areas. It was upwards best massage I've had; it was relaxing. I also appreciate the relaxation room. It was tranquil, and the water, hot tea, and complimentary treats after the massage and facial was perfection! They are strict about mobile phone users to create a peaceful environment for their clients. The locker room has useful amenities for the spa day. Like I said initially, they do spa well here! I don't know if they partner with them, but they were also stocked with products from the dry bar... AMAZING!
