Do NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Literally Miriam charged me $95 for 1hour BEFORE I was serviced. Dextic did my massage for 43 minutes and it was HORRIBLE!!! I am not the type to leave reviews but after speaking with Miriam the front desk clerk she stated there’s nothing she can do for me! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Making me pay before the service is NOT right!! I paid for 60 minutes! She walked in at 12:53pm and the massage was over at 1:45pm. Do not lie. I have it all on recording.

Very nice setup, loved the relaxing music, but the therapist were stopping while massaging to giggle /laugh at the beginning of our session. It’s ok to have fun at work, but this was my first time here. (Kinda unprofessional if you ask me) Made my fiancée and I feel uncomfortable.

Everything was going ok until the cupping started. I have done cupping numerous times and know how it works, is supposed to feel, etc. The glass cups she was putting on my back were extremely hot. Each time she placed a cup I would jump because it felt like it was burning my skin. I told her it was too hot, she said “no English”, so in Spanish I told her it was too hot. She told me it has to be or it won’t work. She laughed every time I jumped. I knew it didn’t feel right, and sure enough, I have burns on my back from the heated glass. I called and told them about it, was told to text them a picture, which I did, with no response. I am going to investigate whether the massage “therapist” who did the treatment is licensed to do cupping or not. I told her numerous times it was way too hot and that it hurt. The red circles in the picture are normal for cupping. The burn is not.

This is a awesome place the rooms and beds are extra clean and the service is great when you leave you feel really relaxed it's the best place that I have found in DFW

Today, 8/14/2024 was another wonderful experience. Karla never cease to amaze me. I usually get a 90 minute massage but I'm going to start doing a two hour massage. She is just that good. I don't want it to end. Just had a facial. Again I can't stop praising Karla. If you have ever had a facial before or never had one, this is a must. Karla is Gifted. If for no other reason than to treat yourself, get a facial from Karla. I'm sure they have others that provide this service, but I can only speak from my experiences. I've only had Karla. Thank you again Karla for another exceptional job. Karla has hands of magic. I thought that she did exceptional the first time. But this time was insanely incredible. I don't know how she could be any better than she was the first time but she was. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS EXPERIENCE! She is anointed.

1st visit was with a non-English speaking therapist and the receptionist barely spoke English as well. After nearly breaking my thumb and not receiving one of the services requested they asked for a chance to correct it. I went back and they charged me for the "correction" or due over. Ever since they have been harassing me to update my review. We'll here it is. After receiving nearly two dozen text messages and a few phone calls, I will NOT be returning. If I continue to be harassed I will contact the police. Complete disrespect..... And now lies attempting to cover up a bad situation. Shall I post all the text conversations with your staff? Would you rather I file a complaint with the BBB and atterney generals office over this?

Excellent massage!! I got the Swedish full body couple massage with my partner and it was sooooo relaxing, rejuvenating and delightful. The place has a great atmosphere though the smells can be overwhelming to some. It did not bother me though. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was ehhh…. We were promised wine for our anniversary package and didn’t get it until AFTER we paid. No one here speaks English and it made it very unpleasant to communicate and they were catching an attitude because we both couldn’t communicate with each other. The massage was decent but will I come back? Probably not. I got the Anniversary package and spent over $400 including tipping and I just feel like we got cheated and I’m quite disappointed. It didn’t feel any different than the regular massage package which is priced less than this. And we did NOT get the “gifts” that is mentioned in the description!!! Response to the reply: We were under the impression that we would get wine during the session, not only while we wait for the service. When reading the description, that’s not what we were expecting. When I asked the woman at the end about the wine for during the service she didn’t understand and then asked “well what do you want then” and then offered us a glass of wine after we paid. As far as the gifts we couldn’t communicate that to her either! I just don’t understand how y’all can run this business and not have someone there to communicate in English at all times.

The spa was clean, the front staff was warm and inviting. We had a 60 minute couples massage there was rose petals on the beds when we entered the room. The room was a perfect temperature with a relaxing atmosphere. Our masseuses were well trained and did a great job. We got a full 50 minutes as is normal.We both had a few knots that they worked on diligently till they released. We would definitely returned! I would also recommend them to you.

I booked a couples massage for my best friend and I. It was for 90 minutes. Not only did the girls come in 15 minutes after the appointment time they cut our 90 minute massage by 10 minutes. I made several request to my massagist but she did not understand English, nor could I understand her. I was not told there would be a language barrier for a service we were paying alot of money for. We were even asked of anything specific we wanted massaged or worked on more, we both gave our request, neither were fulfilled. This was a horrible experience.. Don't waste your money here. We were very disappointed.
