I could not be happier with my latest visit at LMG with Dr David Horvath and his staff. Totally exceeded my expectations! His professionalism, knowledge, and explanation of anatomy, as a plastic surgeon, was greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a top-notch experience in cosmetic treatments.

I've had a few appointments so far in cosmetics, Botox with Dr Horvath, a peel with Jill the esthetician, and my first morpheus treatment with Theresa , their Nurse Practitioner. Everyone was so knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and helped devise a treatment plan that is specific to my skin health and needs. I loved how Dr Horvath took the time to listen, and educate me on the services he recommends. We created a treatment plan for the next year to address all of my concerns within my budget. I'm looking forward to going back to continue my skincare journey with the team.

I drove from Philadelphia for an appointment with Dr Horvath for botox. I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism- he listened to exactly what I wanted and walked me through the entire process. He explained how many units he was using and how they each benefited my appearance. He took his time and made me feel valued. The whole office staff was welcoming and warm and made me feel so comfortable. I will be returning for more treatments and referring my friends.

My experience at LMG cosmetics was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The medical assistants were extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Horvath took his time to explain everything that he was going to do and gave me exactly what I asked for without trying to talk me into something I wasn’t ready for. He gave me a complimentary nerve block which was a life saver! I did not feel a thing and was completely comfortable the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Horvath to anyone that is looking to upgrade their look!

****PLEASE SEE EDITED REVIEW underneath Original review.******** The original review was for Amanda, NOT LMG Cosmetics, who apparently wrongfully moved her out even though she WAS LMG Cosmetics. I cannot stand behind a company that would treat their clinicians with such malfeasance. FIND AMANDA!!!! ALL of the reviews are for HER, not LMG Cosmetics as it is as of October 2024. ORIGINAL REVIEW: When we moved to PA from the South, I went to four other places before I FINALLY found Amanda at LMG. And thank goodness I did!!! She is THE absolute best and most knowledgeable about all things related to skincare and treatment. She does beautiful Botox and filler work but also takes the time to stress the importance of skin care products. She’s not only about injectables…she gives you an entire, individualized regimen that’s best for YOUR skincare needs. Mine has included both products and treatments at her office and has resulted in my skin being in better shape than it’s ever been (and I’m 42)! Amanda also stays up to date with the latest and best in treatments…she’s always traveling to symposiums and participating in seminars to make sure her clients all have THE best provider they can in her. And we all do!!! Everyone in her office is so kind and fun and they all also make you feel relaxed and right at home! I drive 50 minutes to get to her office and I’d drive even farther if I had to. It’s worth it for THE best and Amanda is THE best!!! ****EDITED TO ADD (10-18-24) Amanda is no longer with LMG Cosmetics and my review was about HER, specifically. I wanted to update my review. I have been going to LMG cosmetics for a few years now and have had nothing but great things to say about Amanda Grippo Denaples. She was not only the face of LMG, co founder but the magic behind LMG. No matter what she did for me and my skin.. it was amazing. I cannot give a 5 star review today as I am not familiar with the new provider or staff at LMG. In my opinion, I do not stand behind a business that will push its employees as amazing as Amanda To this side or so it seems by the email that we received. I cannot testify the level of care or the level of aesthetics that LMG can offer. Wherever Amanda will go.. I will go. These are all my opinions that I am expressing. I cannot testify to the level of care OR aesthetics that are being offered as she and her staff that I was highly satisfied with are no longer with LMG. My review was based on my experiences with Amanda and not anyone else that is currently affiliated with LMG cosmetics. I cannot testify to any care or the aesthetics you will receive moving forward. I wanted to be honest and forthright in my opinion. Amanda and her staff were amazing and the care I received by her and her staff was by far beyond anything I had imagined. I went to LMG for Amanda and her skills. I cannot leave a 5 star or any star review for anyone currently affiliated with LMG. They have never treated myself or any of the 5 star reviewers. Again this is only my opinion and honest review. Previous review Amanda and her team are truly one of a kind. My experience with LMG Cosmetics has been by far beyond words can express. I initially was referred by a friend who goes to Amanda and her skin looks amazing and I wanted to overhaul my skin and do some self care. I am in my 40's and needed a boost to my skin and an overall change to its appearance. My initial consultation was a detailed discussion on my skin, appearance of my skin and my goals. From there Amanda created a plan... Fast Forward to months later. I've done Morpheus 8 with PRP---- ABSOLUTELY A MUST!!!--- Botox and most importantly Medical grade Skincare- Zo and SkinMedica. The skincare has been the absolute gamechanger. Look at it as, going to the dentist to get your teeth cleaned but not brushing in between visits- you need to take care of your skin. I went today for my 2 week appt after my last treatment. I just love the team. Amanda is amazing with her patients. I honestly feel like I am hanging out with one of my girlfriends and she is sprucing me up every time I see her. She really makes you feel like you are her only patient. She cares about her patients as if they are all her best girlfriends (and guy friends). Amanda reaches out to her patients and encourages them to reach out to her if they have any questions etc. I am so thankful to have such an amazing committed staff to take care of my aesthetic needs. I cannot express how I feel when I look in the mirror and just love how my skin looks and feels. I have my next appointment already booked for Morpheus 8 and PRP. Do not hesitate to reach out and get that consultation... you won't regret it. I am so mad at myself for not reaching out sooner. Amanda is by far the best in the area and loves what she does. She is a master at her work and is no doubt one of a kind when it comes to what she does.

Amanda and her team is absolutely amazing! Went in for lip fillers and I’ve never been happier! The service , the team 10 10 10 across the board! Amanda treats you as if she knew you for years! Very personable. She loves her job and the reactions of her patients happiness with the process of her beautiful work! Highly recommended 💕

I can’t say enough good things about Amanda and her staff. I was there yesterday getting filler for the first time ever and was nervous because, frankly, it’s a very self esteem based thing to do that made me feel vulnerable. Everyone there was so nice, you could tell they genuinely liked each other, and I love the results already. Also if your needle averse, I got dizzy during the injections and they went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and that I didn’t feel embarrassed. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about it.

I never thought I would be able to trust anyone with cosmetic procedures like injections because I was so fearful but Amanda is THE BEST! Her and her team do a great job making you feel comfortable and reassured prior to and during the appointment. Afterwards, Amanda always personally checks in to make sure you're happy with your results which I think is very considerate. I visit Amanda and her girls numerous times monthly for evoke, Botox upkeep , and just recently did the b-tight facial, an 8 point lift and filler. I’m absolutely obsessed with all of it. I also use all of the zo and skinmedica products. I feel and look in my opinion now a lot younger. Coming here makes me feel so amazing and my results thus far are proof that Amanda is the best injector in world to me ! You WILL not be disappointed my coming to LMG cosmetics

When I first called LGM cosmetics to book my first appointment I knew there was no other place to go for cosmetic treatments. The first moment I walked into the door for my first appointment I was made to feel so comfortable. Amanda and her staff are so caring and make you feel like you are their only patient, when infact you are one of many. Amanda made me feel so comfortable with all her knowledge and experience. Amanda consulted with me about my concerns and wishes. Then we worked together on a treatment plan, including a skin care routine, which I absolutely love and see results from as well.
