it's very clean, nicely decorated and the staff is lovely. One thing I've seen mentioned that is so helpful is that staff wear little pins with flags on them to signal if they are fluent in English or just Vietnamese. Once I walked in I was greeted and they confirmed all my selected services with prices and took my reference photo for my nails as well as a drink order.

First time I'd been to Loann's in Tampa and drove from Clearwater. I was greeted by an oriental lady very very nice. I told her I had a 12:30 appointment with Maria. Maria has been cutting and styling my hair for over 25 years. And as far as i'm concerned, Maria is the best for me. Yes Maria, Is is definitely a five star and she works very hard. Customer service excellent

Fui a este lugar el día de hoy Y quedaría corta en palabras si les digo que es el mejor lugar de Tampa Para ir por un masaje en tu cabeza mientras te lavan el cabello y además te lavan la cara y también te dan un masaje Lo recomiendo 100% Mi cabello quedó súper suave y limpio y mi piel súper suavecita y fresca !! Además te ponen pepino para nutrir tu piel !¡ Tienes que venir

I came in to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who did my eyebrows did not understand nor I think payed any attention to me when I said I wanted to clean them up, instead kept asking me how long was It since I got them threaded. She gave me a new shape and made them really skinny. When I paid she was more worried about if I left her a tip on the receipt or not. I was very unhappy leaving the shop.

I give an okay. The place is nice the pedicures are fantastic, but the manicures need some work. Lady made my fingers bleed when pushing back my cuticles and filed the nails lopsidedly. Other than that they look good as a finished product.

I loved the waxing they did what I ask for my eyebrows and they did my nails what I ask for. very pleased happy very clean and now I have beautiful nails she is qualified for what she does and very nice if you want the nail polish and design or anything additional they work on your nails without saying no I can’t do they have 5 ⭐️ Si 👍🏼 always welcoming.

Two sisters and a cousin are all great hairstylists and all are amazing. Their blow dry/flat iron will last you an entire week. What I like the most is that they open on Sundays. Great prices. For a great haircut, ask for Tonya. For manicure/pedicure, ask for Kim. For facials, microblading, hair color, ask for Loann. You can't go wrong when visiting Loann's. I've been a faithful customer for many years.
