I started my sons dreads with Jas at 2 years old and we haven’t been anywhere since . I ever started my loc journey as well and I love every piece of the experience . The vibes at each shops is nothing but a great experience every time no matter how long we both go without a retwist the energy of everyone in this organization is great and family oriented . We love the LOCAFELLA brand !!

My son loves coming here to get his retwists very professional. They take their job serious and they also are respective of times and appointments even when they can't do it they will find someone to take care of you My wife found this place about 9 months ago and my son has been getting his retwist done strictly by them.

📌Copy & Pasted from my yelp review 😬 Reviews helped me choose this place and my loctician, so I thought I’d pay it forward for anyone wondering if this place is worth it. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Locafella is a great place to get your locs done. It’s right off the freeway, near a gas station, restaurants, and a Starbucks. It’s super convenient for people who are traveling further distances. Cheyenne, the loctician, started my locs. I chose her because the work on her IG matched what I wanted done. Nobody waited long for their loctician. I got there super early for personal reasons, but all the locticians arrived on time, including Cheyenne. They even had a Christmas tree where customers could leave gifts for kids in need. Everybody made me feel welcome and offered me water several times. The shop itself was clean and beautifully decorated I hope the owner starts selling the art work on the walls! Cheyenne listened to what I wanted and made a stunning starter locs set. Since this was my second set, I knew exactly what I wanted: thicker locs and a subtle middle part in the front I came with my hair colored. Cheyenne went above and beyond to get the parting just right, which I’m not sure if they’re adiamond or triangle parting, but I absolutely love it! It’s a refreshing change from my previous square parting. I’ve already gotten compliments 😬. One of the best things about my experience was the fair pricing. I paid $300 for the starter locs, which is the same price as my first set. But I was surprised to find that I was out of the salon in half the time compared to my last set. Cheyenne didn’t rush or compromise on the quality of my hair, which is why I decided to start this set with a professional. Starter locs usually take longer than regular maintenance (retwists), but my last set took over 10 hours to complete (they weren’t sister locs 😩). Cheyenne finished my starter locs in 4 1/2 hours. I’m already looking forward to going back to Locafella in a few weeks to keep my locs going. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who’s looking for professional loc care. The IE needed a salon like this that caters to locs usually we have to drive to LA for a shop that just does locs so shout out to the owner!

AB was my loc stylist she was amazing very energetic and nice great personality gave great advice on my loc journey and tips to attain my desired style very very good stylist I'm super pleased she's gonna be my got to for future appointments

Hands down the absolute the best hair studio. The ambience and the aesthetic 10 out of 10 the people the vibe, super lit and shout out to my Loctician AB. I’ve been rocking with from the start of my journey now two years and she keeps me looking top tier always and the growth is bananas. I absolutely would recommend anyone who’s even thinking of starting the journey to run don't walk to Locafella hair studio.

my hair needed tender loving care when i found locafella i was truly happy i knew i could get help i was crying my stylist said it going to be already dont worry she gave my hair lots of love i choose the right stylist she made me look like a different person she gave me good conditioning good everything and a new look it made me feel 10 years younger if you have dreads you need locafella nobody else they are great they can fix it thank you locafella most of all my stylist she is the greatest personality plus knows her job very well talks to you through the hold time explain things about your hair didnt mind paying whatever it cost

Charisma is my locs stylist. I have received services by her about 5 times now. Gets you in and out in a timely manner. I have very thick hair and she always makes it look great when I leave.

The hairstyle was horrible, water was left dripping from my hair since she didn’t put me back under the dryer since she was in a rush to go home, she didn’t even give me a Mirror to see my hair when done because she knew she did a horrible job and then she question if I wanted my hair the way I wanted it…and smacked her teeth in frustration when my loc fell out her hand. This place was loud and unprofessional. I would never come back again it was a waste of time and money. There is nothing about them that makes them a “ Loctician” out people need to do better. I took down my hair the next day. The person who did my hair name was chayenne or something that that. Rip off and they did get away with it.

Officially found my new loctitian/loc hair salon! Cheyenne was cognizant and respectful of my time, didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, gave me a full service, didn’t play around in my head, and gave me the BEST HAIR WASH I have EVER had (included in the price of my retie). She clearly know what she’s doing. Another plus: Locafella Loc studio in Fontana is only 20 miles away vs when I was traveling 40 miles through traffic to get to the SFV. I’ve also booked my next appointment and plan to be a loyal customer because my initial experience was nothing short of amazing. The studio is easy to find, clean, has new equipment, and is comfortable.

I love locafella. Donita is it! She has me right all the time. She cares about her clinets and gives you advise on keeping your hair nice and healthy. Also the convo's we be having is a good stress relieve. I have gained a genuine friend.

I saw charisma today and she did an outstanding job! This was my first time going to her but it was one be my last, I had locs that were in need of some additional love but she explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable! I’ve had locs 3 almost 4 years and I’ve only seen a professional twice so you can imagine the condition I came in with , but after seeing Charisma my locks have never looked so good!! She’s focused and does very neat things and work. I highly recommend her and from what I saw the entire staff is very professional and does neat clean work
