Nicole Self, owner of Selfless Hair, She is an amazing stylist. Nicole listens to your concerns. She’s totally and Intuitively connected to your needs. I brought photos of what wanted. She came through amazingly. She is warm and engaging. Her space is intimate and totally comfortable It was my first visit and I was very impressed. She is very knowledgeable about her hair products and will educate you on everyone of them. She has them available and is not pushy to sell them to you, but they are available. If you’re looking for a positive experience with a hairdresser, i would highly recommend Nicole at Selfless Hair by Nicole. You won’t be disappointed.

I enjoyed a terrific experience at Selphness Hair Studio. The space is cheerful and comfortable. Nichole is an absolute delight to talk to. I appreciate the time she took to assess my hair issues and discuss style solutions. All that said, I love my haircut! I will definitely go back again.

I have been going to Nicole for a couple of years now and this review is WAY TOO LATE. She is the best! Not only is your personalized experience great (no waiting in-between appointments , a relaxing space, and a true focus only on YOU) but your hair will look amazing. My hair has never been healthier and it is not an exaggeration that ever since I started going to Nicole when I'm out and about I get so many compliments on my hair from " you hair is so shiny" to " you have wonderful hair". Not only does my color look great but the cut is great as well. On top of all this, Nicole is a kind and wonderful person to get to know and truly is one of a kind with an awesome talent! I would not hesitate booking an appointment with Nicole as you will be so happy with the outcome!

Best hair stylist in Sarasota! Nicole works her magic on my 50+ year old head of hair - she covers my grey and keeps me holding my own in blonde highlights. Nicole is thoughtful and collaborative - she gives you the hair you want - not like some folks who give you the hair they want you to have! He salon is peaceful and private and she takes care of you. I’ve lived in San Francisco and LA and had great hair there - but I come back to Nicole.

I have been going to Nicole for a year now. Her services are always professional, her environment relaxed and yet fun. My hair has never looked better. I recently had the pleasure of getting what I call a hair "make over" with Nicole. Going in, my hair was dry and frizzy and the color was too brassy. Nicole carefully listened to my concerns and made some helpful suggestions. When she was finished, I had a beautiful new cut and hair color. She also took the time to explain how to style my hair so I can recreate the look at home. Thank you, Nicole, for the pampering and the 5 Star service!

Nicole has literally changed my hair’s life!!!! I found her a year ago when I was looking for a new hair stylist when I moved! I’m such a hard person to keep up with since I get bored with my hair styles very quickly and I’m always looking for change every few months... She always listens to my crazy needs, then she magically comes up with ideas & solutions:) & the results are 100% always better then I imagine! As I’m a curly hair girl, she always takes that into consideration when cutting and using products to be able to give my hair a nonfizz, Volumized, healthy look! Nicole is great about giving you tips and direction to even bring home with you so you yourself can keep your salon hair look going by yourself! Nicole is personable and we have some great conversations while I’m there! Let me also slide in here that her shampooing process with the little head massage.... RELAXING & amazing! I’m beyond thrilled that I have found her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!

Nicole is an amazing hair stylist! I have thick, curly, crazy hair that I spent years straightening. Since moving to Florida, I have embraced my curls….in a wild, everyday is different crazy mop. When I met Nicole, she spent time talking to me and asking me what kind of cut/color/style I wanted. She made WONDERFUL suggestions!! My hair has never felt or looked better and it’s healthy, too! Nicole only uses natural products in her Studio. She colors and cuts my hair and adds highlights as needed. I get SO MANY compliments and the style stays looking great even when it’s time to come back!! Nicole is a beautiful person inside and out. She’s upbeat and a genuinely nice person.
