I went to this place as I have been going here since we moved into the area. They said it is an hour wait would you like to come back tomorrow and I said yes. I went to my car to download the app, and it stated that the app will only work on an older version of my phone software. Went someplace else.

Nice sports atmosphere. You can have a beer while waiting if over 21. I have cut my hair with almost all staff and they all do good work. Average 23 dollars with a quick wash after.

Don’t know how to blend. This is the worst haircut my child has ever had. Haven’t had it cut in 9 months and can’t believe this was acceptable. Looks like half a bowl cut. The other lady did an ok job on my oldest. Since she saw the hack job on my youngest and thought it was OK as well by not interjecting, I’ll leave this at 2 stars. Won’t be recommending or returning. Not sure why I paid and left a tip when I’ll have to pay someone else to fix this.

Decent haircuts but some of the lady’s there are miserable. They chose the job be happy the 2 stars is for customer service. It’s part of the job.

If you want the best, forget the rest! Jess at Alamo Ranch is by far the best to do your hair! Been the only person to touch my hair for the last year! Not to mention the only person allowed by me to trim up my beard! Amazing customer service and even better human being! Thank you for always taking care of me! You’re greatly appreciated! ❤️

Absolutely worst. Checked in online. Left Till 20mins before suggested arrive time. Once I arrived 8 mins before suggested time. Two men before me left. Ended up waiting over an hour too before I left. These ladies are POS. Bwt from the time I sign in online it was 10:06a. I left @ 12-20p.

Been coming to this location since it opened. Today I arrive at 4:50 PM. They recently changed their hours, but regardless they close at 5 and I was denied a hair cut because it's not that they close at 5, it's that they leave at 5. Lady looked at me and straight faced just said "yeah, we already started cleaning up because we leave at 5". Keep in mind, it was three employees and me. No other customers. I would bet.. the manager would say differently in regards to how closing works. Today was my last time coming to this location. That hit a nerve.

By far the best place to get a haircut (that I’ve been to) in San Antonio. The location on Potranco is good too, but unfortunately not sufficiently staffed and the wait times end up being too long. Here (LR @ Alamo Ranch Pkwy), the majority of the staff is great, specifically Kristy and Gaby. There’s one individual (won’t be named) who’s attention to detail is lacking and who seems to have a less than positive attitude when I see her, so I actively try to avoid her. I simply make sure that Kristy and/or Gaby are here before I come in because I know with them, I’ll be happy with the results, they know my preferences (though they ask to be sure), and have genuine and enjoyable conversations. They even remember the last thing we talked about and will ask about my family or my current home projects and how they’re progressing. Excellent Team! Hope the owner is taking care of them appropriately. Btw… Make sure to sign in online (via app). It’ll help big time with the wait.

Had a little issue with an employee and Gaby took care of the situation and was genuine about it, as well as Travis the owner called me and apologized for the service explaining that he does not tolerate it. I will be returning because my first experience was amazing with Amanda. She was very professional and detailed with her haircuts. This location makes sure they take care of the customer’s.

I’ve been taking my son here for years. Today i signed in, was assigned next in line, then two people walked in behind me and they allowed in front. The computer screen was adjusted to allow them in front. I will take my business somewhere else

This 1 star is directed at the lady gabby that works here if you want a good cut choose any other lady but her she will give a mediocre fade that is kind of choppy she will also cut the top of your hair uneven and not listen to what the customer wants she will try to “experiment” on your head of hair doing stuff you’ve probably never seen before that she does that messes up the entire cut I had someone different last time that did it amazingly tho I forgot her name the time before that tho I had gabby and what did she do again mess up the entire cut either cutting it too short or not evenly or not even blending the fade well. She is also not friendly and won’t really talk too you about your hair or how you feel about the cut she will just do what she wants to get the cut done and over with because she simply does not care about what the customer feels.
