I wanted to start my lock journey lucky said he could do my hair, waited a half an hour for him to eat. I said he could eat he took me over to to wash my hair wet it and then said he couldn't braid it... because it was too "soft" then he said the cream in my hair would not hold. I have accidentally tied my hair and not before I know that my hair can be locked and I have not had any perm or heat put in my hair.

Do to my stylist not working there anymore I was unable to get my locs retwisted there anymore. Not sure if that was some kind of rule they had going on but, I felt very unwelcomed there do to there conflict with each other.

Customer service was great, the person who did my hair didn’t know what he’s doing. He really take advantage. Refused to give me the price when I asked him. He wait until he washed my hair then tell me. Got charge $85. I will never go back to this place again.

I have booked twice at this establishment. It's ok not to pricey for the service I booked since its down the street from my residence. My loctician was Whitley who was nice and pleasant The establishment is clean, including the bathroom. The other staff seems pleasant i observed. I have no complaints. I'm satisfied with the service I received.

My son needed a wash and retwist the owner took care of him expeditiously with quality outcome.. when I tell you he sat down at 5:10 and was out the chair by 6:20 I mean just that it was amazing he was fast efficient and did excellent job

Please do not attend to this shop! The stylist name Lenny is eerie. I don’t know what type of witch craft is perform here, I know it’s sounds crazy but please do not come here, I believe there is something unnatural about him, and there’s a lot of comments indicating how great this place is. If you care about your hair please do not come here!! This place is horrible, and all of the clients are mostly elderly people, who do not know any better, and are incognizant of antics!!! Please stay away, I am admonishing you, may Yahweh bless you all and I hope this type of foolishness, gets expose and handle immediately.

Teela & Chaz are amazing. I found them on Instagram. I’m not connected well enough in the city to be referred to a salon the old fashioned way but I’m happy I was able to connect with them to get the services I need. I love this place! They have good music, nice wall art, they’re professional and the men’s barber shop talk is kept to a minimum to accommodate women and children. We will definitely be back!

Whitley was very good. Please make sure you confirm your appointment the day before. Do not text her call. She will cancel your appointment if she doesn't get your response as soon as she text you. It's one way in and one way out. You have to be let in and out. Safe.

2020 is when Ms.Tracey put her miracle fingers in my hair. She gives the saying "started from the bottom now I'm here", a whole other meaning when it comes to locs. Don't play with her! Can't NOBODY need I say more.

I absolutely love this place. My lockolgist is lenny. He started my locks about five years ago. Lenny definitely knows his job, he's definitely on top of hair care. This place is nice and clean very well organized. The staff is very professional.

Love! love! love! this place. The locticians with blessed hands. I have known Lenny since Nappyhedz on Indiana back around 1999, when I transitioned from permed hair to locs. They are quick, rea$onable, clean, and homey like family away from home.
