The Loft 48 salon is a very cozy and quiet salon that is very welcoming and professional. I have been going to Megan and she does an amazing job when it comes to hair and professionalism. I really loved my folyage and color that she did on me! Overall highly recommend! ❤️

My first experience with the loft48 was amazing. Megan and Christy did an amazing job with my color and cut. It was totally what I wanted and very reasonably priced! I’ll refer them to all my my friends!

The worst hair salon experience in 60 years in Manhattan, Connecticut and Florida. When I booked, I told them I wore my hair in a shoulder length bob (page boy). When I walked in, the stylist to whom I had been assigned, said she had another appointment coming in in 15 minutes and had no time to do my hair (a 45-60 minute job). Another young girl said she had time. What no one said was that the 2nd girl was a manicurist; not a stylist. Rather than let my tourist $$$ walk out of the shop, they subjected me to an un-trained, Un-talented woman who had no business doing anyone's hair. Why did I stay? What would you do once you had a soaking wet head of hair on a cool and cloudy Berkshires day?

When I called them, there was no answer. So I left a message. They called back reporting me about how someone cancelled his or her appointment and that time he or she scheduled it was the time I went. So I arrived at the Loft 48 planning to make my hair platinum. Waiting in the lobby while sitting in the comfortable chairs, the hair stylist told me to come on over. She was friendly because she gave me water, acquired magazines of my interest, and was a great conversationalist. When I explained how I wanted my hair to be designed, she approved 100% of my plan. Finally when the process was complete, it was of which I always dreamed. The price alone was $115.00, which I thought was reasonable. Since bleaching is a very complicated operation, I gave her a $20.00 tip for her exemplary job well-done. If you're looking for a hair salon, schedule an appointment. You will not regret doing that decision. I give thanks for everyone reading my honest review about Loft 48.

This place saved my best friend's wedding! We had originally had an appointment for five of us to get our hair for the wedding done somewhere else, and that place lost our reservation! I called around to the other salons in the area, and Loft 48 was happy to squeeze the bride in at the last minute. They were so understanding and kind, and did a beautiful job. Not only that, but they also helped Bride's mother and I (MOH) get appointments at another salon down the street. After a very stressful morning, everyone at Loft 48 helped Bride relax and feel beautiful for her wedding. Wonderful people, wonderful service!

Great set of gals running this place. Staff is very professional with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for a salon in the Lenox area this is definitely the place to go. They offer nail services too, which I believe is the only place in Lenox that does! Thank you Loft 48!
