01/23/25 above and beyond, I made a last-minute appointment, and was booked immediately, got there a literal hour earlier, and took me right away, got my little tea (complimentary, of course 💅🏽) and got ny nails done amazingly, clean, detailed patiently, love this place, love it, love it, love you ladies! Keep the amazing work! This is my second time getting my nails done with Liza, and it has been an amazing experience. She's so detailed, patient, and creative. My first set lasted longer than expected, with all the detailes untouched and my nails got so long, we couldn't believe it. Definitely recommend 10/10 Also, if you bring her your inspiration, and you are open to getting creative with the design. She understands the assignment, although I can tell all the nail technicians know exactly what they're doing in here. Thank you, Liza, see you in a month 😉💅🏽

First time peeping this place out for my 1st Russian manicure/pedicure! I booked online that morning and at random the availability was with Damira! She was wonderful and pleasant energy! We were able to get to know each other as she was showing off her techniques! (3hrs) for both services. I now understand the difference between the old manicures I was receiving and now looks like I have evolved to Russian style! Lol I love my nails short with no extensions and my goal is to grow them out without breakage due to my career requires using my fingertips quite a bit. Damira recommended Russian to help keep my nails strong due to mine tend to bend at times due to my work. I am happy to return again in a month to ensure I keep my maintenance up! Thank you! (I'll post a photo of my nails once they get longer) but for now! Sterilized tools matter!!

What I’m gonna rate and write is not about the lady who took care of my hair today, I’m giving one star to the salon since yesterday I called them and asked when can I come to get a haircut with Leon, they acted that he comes regularly so I picked today at 11, I took an uber to be on time and guess what, they couldn’t reach out to him and confirm the appointment and nor they contacted me. So I had to be convinced to get a hair cut anyway with someone else. And the worst part is not over yet. I used to pay 120 for my exact hair cut and this time they charged me 150! Since I wasn’t satisfied with not treated as I asked (I mean me emphasized on getting an appointment with Leon) they gave me a discount and charged me 135:)))))) which is still more than their usual and they explained your haircut was hard for her( is it my fault?) I added the tip to that anyway because it wasn’t the hair stylist fault and she tried her best (Vika) I believe this isn’t the way you should treat your regular client. Btw I made a 5 stars review months ago for this Salon and I’m gonna delete that too.

Just moved in LA so I had to look for a new salon that does russian/european manicure & I think i made a good choice. I always opt to have short, clean-look nails with no cuticle damage & that’s what i got. The receptionist was polite & friendly.

This salon was amazing. I received a Russian pedicure on a very short notice and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the experience. I love the skill of the Master technician and the ambiance of the salon. Very clean and beautiful. I was happy to see that the pedicure area is in a separate area upstairs where you can relax! My feet felt like a baby’s feet after!! And still does! Ty I’ll be back!

I absolutely love this salon! First of all, the stylists are great. I have been going to Polina for a little while now and she not only has amazing skills, but she also takes the time to make the cut perfect! I have a really hard time finding people who can cut my hair well, so finding her has been fantastic. She also fixed a bad cut I got previously. One of my favorite things is that while your hair is getting washed, the chairs give you a full massage. It’s a very relaxing salon experience- just like they should be! Everyone is so sweet too!

Very detailed Russian mani / pedi.. Takes longer than your average salon because nail tech is actually doing one nail at a time & not just selling the latest trend. My new salon !

Do not get your nails done at this establishment! This is what my nails looked within 48h of getting it done. Please note this was supposed to be a VIP service that cost over $100! I will find every possible way to make an official complaint about this business. They do not care about their customers this is a money grab. Disgusting customer service wouldn’t even rectify the situation as a good upstanding business.

I had an amazing experience at this place! My nail artist Evgenii is truly incredible, he went above and beyond to deliver perfection. He took his time, ensuring every detail was flawless. My nails turned out absolutely stunning: classy, elegant, and beautifully done. He’s a true artist 100%. The nails are so fine and not thick at all, they’re simply gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend him, 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I have damaged hair that was highlighted with bleach and my roots had grown out for a few months. I wanted to touch up my roots with bleach and have my hair seamlessly blend with my already dyed hair with a white blonde color on my length. My hairstylist did a great job! My hair looks healthy and turned out how I wanted. They offered drinks and a massage chair as amenities which helped as my appointment was so long. The only complaint I had was that I’ve never paid so much for coloring in my life. It was over $400.

I would leave 0 starts if there was an option. I paid $110 VIP service to get my nails done and it was a complete disaster. I almost got fired because of these nails. The supposed VIP nail technician did not have a good grip of the electrical nail file, it kept malfunctioning and I have several cuts on my fingers. My nails started to peel 2 days after it was done, it didn’t even last week. They offered to fix the nails but the new technician only fixed 4 fingers and ofc 2 days later the rest of the nails started to chip again which happened while i was at work and my job has zero tolerance for chipped nails so my manager almost sent me home because of this. I tried to be understanding and cooperative but the fact that the manager has not bothered to even call me I have been waiting since shows your poor customer service and lack of care for your business. It’s disgusting to treat a customer like this who paid for a supposed VIP service $110 got cut with the electrical file and my nails didn’t even last 2 days. Please do not get your nails done here.

I visited the salon for a manicure. Overall, the result was decent, but there were a few issues. The technician didn’t quite understand what I wanted at first, but she adjusted everything later. Unfortunately, a few days later, the gel polish started to peel, and I had to trim my nails a bit to make it less noticeable. The receptionist made me feel slightly uncomfortable; there was a hint of arrogance in her manner. The salon itself is very beautiful and clean. I hope that my experience will be better next time.

The only salon I’ll ever go to, this salon offers everything and you truly won’t be disappointed! Such friendly staff and knowledgeable employees making sure everything is done with care:) I’ve gotten many services done here and it’s my favorite part of my week!
