Yeah won't be coming back here. I really wanted to like this place because it's close to my house. But the staff were cordial at best, no friendly vibes. I asked the barber to give my son a specific fade and he told me he can't do it. I do appreciate him being honest just dissapoiting becuase the fade my son was asking for is super common. Then I asked the hairdresser to give me a straight cut bob and she gave me a weird layered bob, it's frustrating because I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I got was not it. Unfortunately this salon has not updated their styling methods and are still doing the same cuts from 15 years ago.

Carmen was an amazing haircutter! She was super professional and efficient. I wasn't entirely sure what kind of look I wanted, just shorter and more styled, but she managed to really do a wonderful job and pick a perfect look for me and my face. Awesome layers. Super good with curly hair. Now, it doesn't take a lot of work to style it, since the haircut was so great. The whole experience was very reasonable, with cheap shampoo and blowout (it straightened my hair into a nice shape), and she was super gentle and kind. She also let me practice Spanish with her and was very patient with me, which was sweet. There are some kids in the salon, which I liked, since it gave it a warm family energy (I love kids), but if you don't like kids, you'd be fine since they weren't distracting and were very well behaved. Also, I was preparing for a job interview at the time and she was very nice and supportive.

Took my son to get a new hair style before school started. Before scheduling the appointment, they asked me to send a photo of my son' hair style and a pic of what he wanted. They said no problem. The stylist spent 4 hours giving him a loose perm, trimming, and fading. They were so nice and did a perfect job. He is so happy with his hair. I can not thank them enough and the price was very reasonable.

I am client in this Salon for 2 years is the best Salon in Chicago I feel very satisfied every time I cut my hair and they have a very good service, I recommend it to everyone🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been going to Lola's for almost a year now and absolutely love the cuts and styling by Edmond!!! My hair always looks great when I leave there and Carmen and Flor do an amazing blowout. Prices are very reasonable, the salon is very clean and the staff friendly and experienced. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give a negative review, I would. The lady who cut my hair does not know how to cut curly hair. She completely messed up my curls and cut my hair completely the opposite of the pic I showed (which was a bob). She made it super short in the front and long in the back with outrageous layers and thinning. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm never coming back here.

Lola salon what a place. I stay in the area and for s long time i was looking for a great barber. And that is when i went to lola salon and ran into a great person Diego and finally got the hair cut i always was looking for. I highly recommend Diego if you are looking for a great new look and a good shave as well. The place has a great freindly crew. Thank you Diego and keep up the great work you do.
