I came to this salon a year before just for a haircut and the experience was good. Fast forward a year later I want to book an appointment again and I ran into some complications. I have a lot of hair and it’s long and curly so I always call before I Book an appointment to ask when they have time and for someone who has experience cutting curly hair. This time I called a day before and there was no answer but it was after hours so I just booked the appointment online for the next day at 4:00pm which was the only time available. I also wanted a deep conditioning and a blow out but the website didn’t have those options. I decided to book the haircut and then I would call the next day to ask if I can get the other services as well.the next day, I called every few hours since 10am and no one answered until about 2 pm and I let loralai know what I wanted done she agreed and said to meet her at the time I set the appointment for. I arrive about 5 min before the appointment and as I’m parking I get a call that I missed and a text saying she can’t do the appointment today because she had to pick up her kids from school at 5 and if I could reschedule for another day. I said I can’t because this is the day that I have free and ask her why she didn’t let me know before she said that she didn’t know and forgot to tell me when she answered before. She didn’t give me any other option and I cancelled with her and went somewhere else. All of this could have been avoided if she had answered her phone earlier any of the other times i had called or if she would have let me know anywhere between the time she actually answered and agreed to the services and the actual appointment. Not 5 minutes before my appointment And when she saw a car pull into the parking lot. Very bad service and lack of communication from the owner.

I finally found my hairstylist! Lola was fantastic. She took time to understand what Ithought I wanted done with my hair. I thought I wanted highlights, but she explained that I was actually wanting lowlights. She gave me the exact color I had been envisioning. I highly recommend her and her establishment.

My recent experience in this salon was great! I had highlights done before and this time I wanted to cover them and have a little bit darker, even tone. Well, Lola did it, and it turns out to be even better then I thought! If you are searching for a hairstylist that will not ruin your hair, you should give a chance to this salon. Lola is super friendly and pro in what she does ! 5 stars ! ❤️

I have had bad experiences in the past, but let me tell you, Lola absolutely amazed me. She not only took her time but, she did a flawless job. She is a perfectionist and it is clear she believes in quality over quantity and that is rare to find. Furthermore, the environment is laid back and the other stylist that was also in there did an amazing job on her clients. She too took her time with each client. I highly recommend this salon.

I cannot praise Lola's incredible talent enough!!!!! I heard about her through a friend and was able to book an appointment within a few days. I wanted to find someone local that could deliver a funky mullet, a look I had been wanting for a while. I also was interested in a touch up of my blonde. I arrived for my appointment and was kind of nervous because I knew my hair wasn't in the best shape after my last DIY bleach. Lola's energy put me at ease immediately. She is so fabulous and genuinely sweet. She told me my hair needed time to heal before I could touch it up. She recommended product and a regimen I could do at home to nurse it back to health. She said we can check up on it after a few weeks and when it's healthier, we can color. I was so grateful for her honesty! I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she absolutely delivered! I had her stop before it was looking exactly like the pic because it was kinda short. I contacted her a few days later and said I changed my mind and can I please come back to shorten the sides. I was prepared to pay for a whole new hair cut but she said she gives her clients a week to modify the cut if they want. I returned today and she did exactly what I asked. My hair feels so healthy and feels so funky I absolutely love it! I would recommend Lola to anyone who values quality, genuineness and talent. I feel like I made a friend, too. She's the coolest and a true master at her craft!!!

Lola is absolutely amazing ! Coming from a stylist that has done nothing to help me and only damaged my hair - Lola still took me on as a client and is doing everything she can to correct what the previous done to my hair! She cares about her clients and truly does everything she can to make your experience the absolute best! Her salon is clean, homey, and so cute ! Thank you so much Lola!

Lola was so great! She understood my daughter’s curly hair and my wavy/curly hair. My daughter loved the pretty decorations and Lola was so gentle with her! She knew how to make our inspiration photos work for our hair and gave lots of good advice for how to car for our hair and style it! Our hair looked and felt amazing after!

OVER CHARGES!! A warning to anyone booking appointments with “Lola”. I was charged almost double than what is quoted on her website for highlights. According to Lola, and I’m quoting here, “If you don’t ask about the price, then I can charge you whatever I want. You know nothing about the hair styling business.” I informed her, her job was to be upfront with an estimated price. She has been doing this for 11 years!! Quoting Lola, “ I cannot tell what the cost will be UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE!! I should have charged you over $400 for this highlight, not the $295 (add in the tip of $59. I always tip 20%). This after she looked at my granddaughters hair the day prior to her appointment, discussed what she was going to do, and how long the procedure would take. I’m also quoting Lola stating “If a client doesn’t ask about the price then I assume I can charge whatever I feel like. Some people are on a budget and some aren’t.” This is not how small businesses should treat clients. Lola never called, text, emailed me, or try to get in touch with me in any way to let me know the price would be much higher than on her website. This is classic “bait and switch”.

I highly recommend Lola’s Hair Salon for Ann your hair needs!! I’ve been looking around for a good place to get a cut and I was lucky enough to take a chance and get my new do by Lola herself!! She’s professional , fun to chat with and she listens to what you’d like done to your hair!! I love the service and the professionalism is top notch!! I’m definitely a new and very happy customer!!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Lola's hair salon. Despite booking my appointment well in advance, it was rescheduled not once, but twice. The lack of consideration for my time and inconvenience was truly disheartening. The owner did attempt to offer a mere 20% discount on my next visit. However, the compensation was inadequate for the inconvenience caused. Ms. Lola did not make any attempts to rebook me for the same day that my appointment was scheduled, and instead, only offered me one day as an option, which severely limited my flexibility and further compounded my frustration. Overall, my experience with Lola's Hair Salon was deeply disappointing. The lack of professionalism, disregard for costumer satisfaction, and failure to adequately rectify their mistakes is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to consider these factors before choosing to patronize this salon.

Lola’s Hair salon is the place to be in the Northeast! when you walk in you can see all of the hard work and dedication she has put into her salon. It is welcoming to everyone, clean, professional, and beautifully put together. Not only has she created a comfortable environment for clients and stylists her work is exceptional as well. Lola is very knowledgeable in the color wheel and is very detailed in her color service consultations with clients and informs them of the service she is providing. Her haircuts are just as amazing and she truly puts her all in all the work she does. Lola is beyond professional & punctual & friendly to all who come through her doors!

The salon is clean and super cute... and they use great products! My sister is a stylist in PA, so I'm not the easiest client. Lola takes her time and actually listens during the free consult. The vibe is welcoming and fun with opportunity to just chill and be pampered. (I'm a partial, bleach highlight and cut customer.) It's not a roll of the dice!! Good luck finding this kind of service at THIS price point. (Lola is also super personable and sweet... so that's a bonus!)

Descent establishment. My hair stylist Jess was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the information she gave me. I always get highlights and she did an amazing job without damaging my hair. Jesavelle never fails me! And I also loved the scalp treatment. Thanks Jesavelle! I’ll definitely be back!😊

Before Lola, I have been to multiple hair salons in El Paso & on Fort Bliss for a simple haircut, yet somehow end up leaving with a bad, uneven cut. Thankfully I found Lola’s Hair salon. I have very thick Polynesian hair. I scheduled my initial appt requesting for a layered cut. & Lola DELIVERED. Upon entry, her & her husband were very welcoming! The place looks very clean & cute too. She is very professional & flexible. I had a great time while she was cutting my hair& left very satisfied. I hope she gets more customers that she deserves.

I specifically went in for a trim, (I’ve had bad experiences in the past, I’ve asked for a trim and the person cut off 6 inches) so I get nervous when cutting my hair because it’s so long and I like to keep it long. Lola did exactly what I asked, she only cut the dead ends and she was very slow and precise with the haircut which I appreciated! I got a hair wash, moisturizer treatment, trim, and blow dry for a very good price. Lola was very kind the whole time I was there, and we talked the whole time. She’s very sweet and friendly! Lola did an amazing all over color for me along with a keratin treatment that helped relax my curls a bit. I rate her work a 100% especially her customer service skills, she is so kind and cares how you feel about what she does to your hair.
