Customer service is a 3 stars but the stylist messed up my hair , I bought a wig and it was installed wrong and the stylist refused to admit to her wrong in the situation ' the place offered me a discount on the next bundles or wig buttt very upset w lolas hair stylists ! hair quality is 4 stars ... just have to be picky with the stylist

I brought 3 bundles 30 32 34 and I love it very soft I spent 303$ and they hair is soft I barley have shedding very good hair

Someone recommended me to come purchase bundles from this place. I asked for Malaysian bundles and I ended up with Indian. It wasn’t even a full week yet when the hair started shedding , getting tangled up and puffy. It looked like I had pack hair in my head after I spent a lot of money thinking I was getting good quality hair was a big disappointment!!! Never again!!! They should be ashamed!!! What a ripoff!!! This hair suppose to last for a year and it didn’t even last for a week!!

The worst of worst of the worst hair !! I bought 3 packages of the Peruvian Hair and my hair dresser did not want to use it because she said it was not the best quality looking hair I told her to use it on me she did my hair May 23, we are now in July not even 2 months in and Judge yourself (Picture inserted) and not because I did not take care of it because trust me I did. Just the hair they sell here is trash unfortunately. Should have paid attention to the other reviews.

Buying hair at Lola’s is always a great experience. Went in to get my 3 bundles of Malaysian hair yesterday. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the store associates are so helpful and the hairs are great quality. I use my bundles multiple times a year and only purchase fresh bundles once a year!!! I highly recommend using their great quality hair.

Horrible experience they are unprofessional. Twice my scheduled hair appointment was cancelled because of their error. Now I am traveling and unable to do my hair because of their last minute cancellation. I do not recommend there services.

I came here because the stylist Bridgette was nice at first so I eventually came to get my hair done, I got a wig done with the super curly hair that I purchased here and the hair wasn't so great. You have to pay a $50 deposit to hold your appointment and The day I got my hair done I had to wait for her over an hour then she charged me $50 on top of the $100 balance because the wig was going to be made the same day . And when I asked for my hair to get braided she charged an additional $25 which was really sloppy braids.. so total was $225! The hair turned into like an Afro curl as she put the wig on and when I asked how I should treat the hair she told me not to use moose because it will dry the hair out.when she finished the wig I felt the wig was to fluffy like a Diana Ross look. Which was not the look I was going for so she put MOOSE on it!! After she told me not too! being that there was like 4 bundles of hair in the wig I called the shop and asked if I can come in at 6:30 to have the wig fixed and take some of the tracks out and also because the wig felt loose after only 2 days . When I got there the receptionist Zee whatever her name is told me Bridget was not there. So I was really disappointed because I called ahead and for them not to tell me she wasn't there was not cool. I start complaining about what A stylist from their Harlem location who told me not to bleach the hair how I normally did and instructed me to put coconut oil on the hair prior to dying and use 30V instead of the 40v because I would damage the hair. The damn hair never took color they way I wanted she didn't know what she was talking about I had to buy dye back and fourth spend more money! All of a sudden Bridget walks up from the back and I was so confused as to why the receptionist told me she wasn't there like that was really petty because I'm not a hostile client and I have spent plenty of money as she acted like she did not want to fix the wig and gave me these evil look for no reason. Like I was even going to pay her for her time so I didn't see what the problem was, so I just took the wig and left. I didn't feel valued as a customer and will never return nor buy hair from here ever! I guess they are just looking to make a quick dollar instead of having repeat clientele because I was honestly going to go back but no thank you! I don't need their attitude , I tried to support a black owned business but looks can be deceiving good luck to you Lola it's your loss not mines. And my peoples will not come here neither.

Terrible hair. This hair sheds, Natt up you name it. Even when I bought the products they suggested to use in the curly hair, it made the hair worst not even a month I have to take it out ugh. Disgusting.
