Was able to get in quickly. Was attended to and the masseuse was focused on working the knots out of my back. Should have taken an hour or 90 minutes. Very professional attentive and reasonable.

I usually visit this establishment once a month and have always been satisfied with their service. However, during my most recent visit, there was a new masseuse. Despite my specific request for a deep tissue massage without hot rocks, it felt as though she was merely applying oil and lightly rubbing my skin. As an athlete who regularly works out, I need more intense pressure, and I found myself repeatedly asking her to apply more force. Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction grew to the point where I chose to terminate the session after 35 minutes. When I attempted to end the massage, the masseuse finally began to apply more pressure, but by then, my frustration had peaked. I expressed my disappointment to the owner, especially since I was still charged the full price despite the shortened service, which added to my frustration. I refrained from leaving a tip, and they even suggested I should, which led me to realize that their priority seems to have shifted towards securing tips rather than ensuring customer satisfaction and well-being. This shift in focus has left me disheartened, as it appears the emphasis is no longer on making customers feel valued and content.

Got a 90 minute couple’s massage that included hot stones and it was an amazing experience! Grace and Jack are wonderful people. They speak a little English-direct and simple language is best. And it’s best if you text to schedule with them for ease of communication. Also, if you can pay with cash or Zelle, then they won’t get robbed of 30%. I was glad we could find a way to accommodate them and get them the most money after learning this. Note that Groupon also takes 30% so just contact them and they’ll give you the best price! I’d definitely go back again when we are in San Diego.

I was in a lot of pain and this wonderful establishment helped relieve my tears. Vicki was able to get me in right away and set me with Jack. Both individuals were extremely caring and professional. I have seen multiple massage therapists over the years and highly recommend this establishment. Loma massage is high on my list of one of the best massages I have experienced in my 45 years of literally hundreds of massages. Love this place!

Loma Massage really came through with me and my wife. We had trouble picking up our rental car after landing and were not able to make our appointment, she was very accommodating and was able to get us in the very first thing the next morning! Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten.

Not bad. Walked right on it and got a 30 minute chair massage (although they still had me lay down on a massage table). Got a bunch of knots out of my upper back. It's very much like the type of massage you'd get at the mall, which isn't a bad thing, but I feel it's important to mention so everyone manages expectations.

THE BEST EVER !! I have a chronic back issue and I have regular Chiropractor treatments with minimal pain relief . Today I went to Loma massage and was treated by Jack for a 90min massage and cupping treatment. he is a miracle worker after my session I can walk without a stabbing pain and radiating sciatica. I don't say these words lightly if you suffer from chronic debilitating pain you know what I mean. Today for the first time in months I can actually walk and do some household chores without crying with pain. Thank you thank you Jack I will be back very soon. BTW there are many really really old ( 5 and 6yrs)negative reviews may I say staff were very polite,the rooms very nice and clean. If this place was so bad as it says how can it still be there 6yrs later. Just saying. This place and Jack the masseuse have given me my life back. Give them a go.

This was a fantastic experience!! Vicky and Jack are friendly and welcoming, from the call to set up the appointment, to text confirmations, to the massage itself. Vicky was my masseuse and she was amazing!!!! Used the right pressure, got in and around everywhere smoothly and skillfully, and checked in consistently to make sure all was OK. Head, hands, feet were gotten along with everywhere else in a 90 minute session and I feel like I actually got a massage!!! Got aromatherapy and hot stone and it was a really nice addition. Been to other places and haven't gotten the same experience where the masseuse actually felt out the knots so well and stretched me so fully. My sister got Jack and he did a fantastic job helping her too!!!! Prices are excellent, well worth the value, and they offer cash discounts. There's plenty of parking and other stores right there if you want to get food or nails done, etc. Thanks!!!!

I had one of the best massage experience! Vicky is awesome! I walked in with hip and ankle pain. I work out 4 days week, and Vicky targeted the areas that were very sore and stiff. I felt like I got a massage along with physical therapy. My ankle pain is now minimized and hip movement is back to 100%!

My husband and I had the best massages here! We have tried several massage business’ in Point Loma and OB, and both agreed this was the best experience yet. We left feeling on cloud nine! Highly recommend the 90-minute couples massage with Grace and Jack. Clean, great service. We will definitely be back.

Was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was! Got a couples massage for a great price and Jack and Grace massage you from head to toe…..literally! Very sweet and excellent customer service. Def would recommend if you’re in the area.

Wife and I paid for Groupon deal . After our massage we both were disappointed and felt like it was a waste of money. I understand it was Groupon but it's advertised in the front of their store. At least put some effort in your massage. Plus the room was uncomfortably hot .

I am not coming back as a client. They tried to say they closed at 10p when their hours said 11p. They took me in then asked for a $10 tip out of a $70 hr massage. It was weak kept trying to communicate to go harder on the massage. By the time I got back to the vehicle my car was in the process of being towed away. Security guard said he tried to knock at imassage and no one answered. This caused the tow truck driver to try and give me a drop of fine of $300. I told them both there was no logical reason to tow my car there are no signs and the imassage business closed at 11p. And the rooms are way in the back. Truck driver gave me the option to pay the fee or call 911 in which I did, then he decided to leave my car alone It was a inconvenience on all ends I will not be returning as a client.

There is no way this place has 4 stars legitimately. It definitely seems like this place is running game. I walk in and there’s no one at the desk, so I wait until someone approaches me. I ask for a 30-minute massage, but she doesn’t speak English. She points to the 60-minute massage on the menu on the wall. “No, 30,” I say. She points to 60-minutes again. “Okay, yeah.” Longer than I wanted but at this point I just wanted to get this moving. She takes me to a back room and says “60.” “Yes, 60 minute,” I say. She holds out her hand, “60.” “60… cash? Wait, now?” At this point someone interrupts us. She speaks to the woman that I was previously dealing with in Chinese. It’s the second woman that asks, “You want a massage?” IS THAT NOT WHY I’M IN THIS ROOM? Anyhow, she puts me in another room where I get a massage from a third woman. I bucket massages into three categories: 1. The person knows what they’re doing and is actively paying attention to how your muscles respond and can address issues that you have. 2. They know what they’re doing, but they’re on autopilot. 3. They were taught a routine and their goal is to beat your muscles into submission while doing said routine. This massage was the third. There was a point when my body spasms and she says, “You don’t like hard?” I mean, hard was fine until you poked your elbow into my sciatic nerve. And then when it came time to settle up, she asked me what I wanted to charge. Which is shady as hell. Let me tip in peace. I told her to add $15, but she was confused. “Total $75.” “I do this,” she says, the types something in and shows me. She charged me more. At this point I just want to get the hell out of here, so I sign off and leave. This place is 100% a scam. Do not, for the love of God, come here.
