Please tell me what you would do in this situation. She cut my “face framing” so far back that the hair on the center of my middle part are the shortest as short as the shortes pieces you see that look like bangs. I didn’t notice until I got home and now i’m really upset.

No lo recomiendo me pusieron pestañas que me causaron que mis ojos se inflamaran por tanto pegamento que me calaba el parpado no lo recimirndo!

Do not recommend....the lady was nice and did an OK job but $210 for a trim/black all over on already dark hair?? I don't think so....I've paid less at higher end salons that did a better job and took their time. I also had to wait 45+ minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment with no apology or anything. I'd say save your money and go somewhere more high end if you're willing to shell out that much money. My usual place happened to be booked so I gave this place a shot but will be my first and last time here.

Desafortunadamente no me gusto el cervicio fue estencion de pestañas al primer dia sentia incomodo pesados mis ojos y tambien una incomodida que traia algo que rosaba mi ojo, al dia siguiente no las aguante mas y me las quitaron tenian mucho pegamento y eso era lo que me lastimaba el párpado a parte que ya mis ojos los trai rojos , no lo recomiendo🔴

I went in and got my roots done and the lady left the bleach on for too long. She also brushed my hair while the bleach was on there. It has been a few months but my hair still breaks off where she bleached it. I had chest length hair and I had to cut it to my shoulders after getting my hair done here. I cried before leaving and all she said was she wouldn’t charge me.

Honestly, this was a great experience. The one who cut my hair was incredibly nice and sweet. She washed my hair, cut it, and styled it all for 25 bucks. My hair looked exactly how I wanted it and I am so very pleased. My boyfriend liked it and so did everybody else at work. 100% guarantee this place.

I made an appointment on Tuesday for a haircut on Friday at 4pm. I was getting ready for a trio. I walked in at 4:05pm. The person that was going to cut my hair said she would be a few minutes. A few minutes turn into 2 hours. She kept askibg if I could come back tomorrow. I told her no. 2 more people walked in and said they had appointments. They also waited more than an hour. I decided to leave.
