I have never been here before & i came for a quick fill. I knew immediately when MIMI (the shorter woman with the bob haircut) started laying the acrylic I wouldn’t like the turn out. She laid them sloppily, lumpy & the acrylic was sitting on my skin & cuticles. I asked her to do a soak off because I knew I’d be dissatisfied with the turn out and I didnt want to waste time and money. She got an attitude while removing them & butchered my natural nails while cutting the acrylic off, I won’t be returning. 👎🏽 Thank you to the kind man who did my pedicure. He made my experience enjoyable & thank you to the other lady tech who completed my manicure after Mimi messed my nails up. I went for an acrylic refill & pedicure and left with just getting shellac on my natural nails. The total came out to $80+ but the kind man gave me a discount so I paid $70. 👎🏽

Love my time at Lone Star Nails! Very experienced and friendly cosmetologist. Tina is so talented for nails and pedicure. Won't go anywhere else. Right now they are having discount on everything.

They are always welcoming, professional and genuinely appreciative of their customers. They offer complimentary water, drinks. The place is very clean and all the techs do great work.

Update - service was 5/5 Great spot! IVY is the best at pedicures! Cleanliness needs work. Please consider wiping down chairs and carts with disinfectant after each customer and at the end of the day. It just looks like yall need a good cleaning. Otherwise I love your work! Thank you. Ivy did my pedicure today-she is great! My feet are so smooth and pretty again. 😍 Nancy is my new girl to go to for pedicure. She made my feet pretty, toes cute & heels smooth! Thank you, Nancy. The best! Finally, a place to relax and get cute feet. Kevin is great!

I am a very non confrontational person, so I left the salon with nails I hated. The lady that did my nails was rough the entire time. I asked for a manicure with dip powered. I was charged for matte and design when the matte was the design so that makes no sense to me. Paid $70 for horrible nails, the lines aren’t straight or even, every nail is completely different. Picture of what I asked for verse what I got.

I was very dissatisfied with the service and felt deceived. I specifically asked for nail art without using gel, and the technician assured me it would be done without gel. However, she applied gel against my wishes. When I later tried to remove it, I couldn’t because of the gel. I had to return to the salon for removal, and I was charged a fee for the service.

Mimi did an amazing job. She went above & beyond. She cares about her customers & makes sure that you leave happy with the way your manicure or pedicure came out. I highly recommend requesting her when you go in. 😊

Mimi did an excellent job on my nails! Had a manicure with dip. Excellent customer service and staff very personable. Much better than other local nail salons. Price is reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning. Definitely recommend!

$80+ for a full set that I hated :( I wouldn’t mind the price if I actually got what I wanted. The first time I came they did a pretty good job. The second time was horrible but I thought maybe it was just a bad day. Today was my third time and I knew I should’ve walked out once she started asking coworkers questions about how to do my nails. When she said she could do exactly what I wanted. The shape was not the way I wanted it and I had to change my nail color because they couldn’t figure out how to do it. Disappointed and won’t be returning.
