Dropped some cash ($100) while I was paying and went back inside shortly when I was putting my wallet away and I saw the front desk putting it away in the tip wallet all while telling me he never saw it. Very untrustworthy

I've been to many foot reflexology, this was not quite the same. It's more like a rubbing. I didn't like the vibe, no privacy, too much light on you, workers coming back & forth talking. They didn't clean the foot jacuzzi after me and after the person who was sitting beside me vs other places they'd clean it right the way. I won't be back.

Went here today (Aug 2024) for an hour of body work and 30 minutes of foot reflexology. My masseuse was Grace, who was very sweet and gave such a strong massage! It’s my second time and I can now say it’ll be my to-go to spa in Manhattan! 💛

Asked for 30 minute foot massage, 18 minutes in she started cleaning up. I asked if we were done and she sensed I realized it was early so she fiddled around for 3 minutes and said we are done. Still tipped, though it was about half of what I'd normally do, and she complained. Won't be back.

Bad service, all the masseur don't have license, I get rude service, do I need call 311 or 911 to report them? That‘s not true. When I called，the receptionist assured me that all their therapists were licensed and had extensive experience. She also guaranteed that their services would be beneficial for my condition. during my massage session, my therapist's admitted that she did not have a massage license and further revealed that none of the therapists. This blatant deception has not only caused me significant distress but also put me at risk of further injury. The spa’s failure to be honest about their therapists’ qualifications is not only unethical but also dangerous.

I freaking love this place. It’s hands-down my favorite spot in the city, and I have been to a lot of places. They are one of the few spots that actually finishes with a nice head, neck and shoulder massage. And the CBD add-on is incredible. I wish I still lived uptown!

the most relaxing experience ever! Came in for the first time today for a 90 min oil massage, it was such a treat and exactly what I needed. Space is clean, tidy, and pretty typical for a Chinese massage spot - they play calming piano instrumental music faintly in the background. The oils also smell great. I will definitely come back here again! Would recommend, 10/10

I've been here maybe 7 times and always get 1 hour bodywork, which is Chinese deep tissue massage (tui na). The masseuses are strong and can go as hard as you want. A 1 hour body work starts with client face down under a sheet and the masseuse first works through the sheet with no oil. Then they pull the sheet down to the waist and use longer movements on the bare skin with massage oil. Then they use hot stones for a few minutes. I've had several different masseuses; and the one that felt best to me was Helen. But everyone is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The prices are really good. This spa is a local gem.

I patronize this Spa quite often and every time I go, it's a great experience. I suffer from chronic tightness in my back and shoulder area and every masseuse has excellent. I used to get the 60 minute massage but now I always get the 90 minute massage. Love this place!!

I originally booked a 60 minute natural oil massage w. hot stones and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages i've ever had. All of the aches in my body had subsided by the end of my session. I will definitely be returning.
