Just finished a round colon hydrotherapy session with Gianna, and honestly, I feel fantastic! The procedure itself was gentle. I didn’t feel any discomfort—just a sense of lightness as the water worked its way through. Men are often more uncomfortable with procedures involving the lower digestive tract. If that's you, have a talk with Gianna, it'll change your life. I can genuinely say I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and with a much clearer head than when I walked in. After the session, I felt this unique boost of energy—it's hard to describe, but it was as if my body had hit a refresh button. If you've been on the fence about trying colon hydrotherapy, I'd highly recommend giving it a shot, Gianna can answer any questionsyouhave. I have been coming to Longevity Lounge for years periodically and have always loved the atmosphere and quality of the space and treatments. Gianna is an amazing facilitator. Her friendly inclusive energy combined with her knowledge and expertise always leave me feeling taken care of. She is great at what she does and because of her I have actually started booking regular sessions which is new for me! Colon hydrotherapy and lymphatic ELT have both been pivotal in my health journey and I intend to continue coming to Longevity Lounge for it all!

I have been going to Longevity Lounge for almost two years for monthly for a series of colonic hydration sessions. I have been so impressed with owner Rachel's creation of a warm and inviting salon and her choice of capable and caring staff, from the front desk to every practitioner I have met. I must give a special shoutout to Gianna, who I see most often. She is fully present for every session, making me feel totally welcome and cared for. She is professional, experienced, respectful and loving. I always leave my appointment feeling cleansed of not only toxins, but all negativity. I highly recommend purchasing packages of ten if you truly care about your health and "longevity"!!

I had a colonic today with Wren and it was one of the best I have ever had and I have been getting regular colonics for over ten years! She is incredibly knowledgable, especially when it comes to hormonal issues and the digestive tract. Her massage technique is also extremely effective and she is so wonderful to chat with. I highly recommend booking with her.

My first session with Gianna was absolutely fantastic. She's incredibly skilled at what she does and created such a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. She genuinely listened to my problems and you could tell she cared deeply about helping me. I left feeling a thousand times better! I was really looking forward to going back, but unfortunately, Gianna was out of the country when I tried to rebook. So, I ended up booking with someone else. Sadly, my second appointment was a letdown. It felt like the practitioner didn't have the same enthusiasm and seemed judgmental. Plus, she was bit rough on my tummy. She claimed to have 20 years of experience, but based on my experience with her, I would have thought she was brand new. Honestly, the only reason I will be going back is to see Gianna again.

First off SAMAR is who you need to book with if you are thinking of getting colon hydrotherapy!! 10/10 recommend… This was my first time ever considering a colonic, I am visiting from out of town & due to health insurance I am limited to my options of needing medical attention, I was constipated for what was going on almost day 5 super painful i was to the point I couldn’t even walk & breathe.. I tried every OTC medicine you could think of for constipation & nothing worked, my last resort before going to the er was a colonic & thank god I chose this option because it has completely changed my life! I was instantly relieved of my constipation, stomach bloat instantly gone & just over all felt my body completely 360 for the best.. Samar squeezed me into her busy schedule to help me in my situation which was amazing of her because no one has ever accommodated me the way she did & I cannot thank her enough, she is down to earth very comforting & just over all a bundle of radiant positive energy that was much needed and always comfortable in a awkward situation especially first time colonic is always nerve wracking but I completely will be back for more! Thank you again so much

I go to Samar at the longevity lounge for colon hydrotherapy and she is nothing short of amazing!! I have such a positive experience every time and Samar makes me feel so comfortable. I feel amazing every time I go in and way less bloated! Makes me feel right on track with my gut health and having Samar facilitate it is extra sweet :)

The staff here is knowledgeable, compassionate. Check out the packages and promotions like $35 sauna add on. in other countries like Mexico whenever you go in for any kind of cosmetic surgery, they highly recommend pre-and post-op prep conditioning and/or maintenance and this is the place you would want to go for that. For all the money you might spend on lipo or a tummy tuck or any procedure requiring anesthetic, you would think surgeons here would stress upon their patients, the importance of a good cleanse and lymph drainage, etc. but it doesn’t seem like they do. Treatments like these can be a great investment on your body 💪🦵🍑🍑🍑

Longevity Lounge is the place to go for colon hydrotherapy and all of your detox needs! All of the therapist are so friendly, super knowledgeable and really care about you and your wellness journey! The lounge is really cute and clean, and it always has the best energy! I highly recommend and if you've never had a colonic, you should definitely try! You'll feel amazing and so much lighter after. Samar is the best!! The hydro colon therapy with her has been the best. I had never done it and was a little nervous doing it. She did a great job explaining everything and felt so good after doing that I booked 3 more sessions! Highly recommend Samar if it’s your first time.

Rachel has created a lovely little corner of the sky in North Pacific Beach (that's the nicest part of PB). She and all her fellow practitioners are total pros (there are some other beauty/wellness practitioners there whom I haven't yet tried) and their services are not priced out of reach. Looking forward to my next visit -- which is next week!!

Rachel is honestly an Angel sent from above. I started seeing her because I was experiencing peristalsis, which means my colon was lazy and not moving which left a lot of toxins in my body. I started with once a week and by the end of the month, my system was moving again. I now see Rachel every other week or once a month. I am on a health journey to feel good again, and I’m glad I met someone who is passionate about getting me there.

I was so happy to try the Soundlounge Therapy Bed, as I have been curious about vibroacoustic therapy for a while now, and its reported positive effect on the body's cellular function etc. I had previously tried something remotely similar, but that was more of a vibrating air pillow; whereas this Soundlounge is several steps above that. This was amazing. I could feel the vibrations/frequencies resonate through my entire body, not just where your back and legs contact the mattress. I felt renewed afterwards and invigorated. I would like to use it on a more regular basis and note the health benefits.

I visited the spa when I was in town, but if I lived closer I’d go every week! Rachel and Jenna have such a calming healing presence and touch. I was able to try the infrared sauna, colonic, and lymph massage. My body felt so cleansed and refreshed when I left. I definitely will be back when I’m in town!

Rachel is amazing!! Ive been going to her for years for colon hydrotherapy. Her space is so pretty & relaxing - it just feels good to be there. Aside from being so sweet, knowledgeable, and personable, she makes the whole process so, so easy. She knows exactly what to say and do to make the treatment most effective for you. Wow is it effective! I feel like a totally different person walking out of there - light, clean, relaxed. Highly recommended!
