They ignored any requested style and beat around the bush, even after my friend repeatedly showed them what she wanted, including a picture reference. They gave her an unwanted haircut and charged her $120 for a $30 haircut. Go to any other place, this place is over expensive and scammed.

I came to Look for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. The salon is beautiful with a very welcoming and friendly staff. My hair stylist Mario Muniz is the best. He gave me great highlights that complemented my base color perfectly…not to mention the blow out which was pretty awesome too. I’ll definitely be back to Look!

I do no recommend this place. They DO NOT know how to cut hair. You know how eyebrows can be sisters and not twins? The left and right side of my hair aren't even related. It's like i have two different haircuts on each side of my head.... Everytime I touch my hair to try to salvage it. It just makes me mad. I thought hey maybe a $85 haircut would be great. I should've just went to an experienced small shop and took my chances there. I had the easiest hair you can cut too now it's two scoops of hair

Services were amazing today! I’m visiting from Houston. Came to get some curls. Liz did an amazing job. Her skills are amazing. Dana gave the best customer service. I was satisfied with this place. I will be coming back when I visit again.

I cannot believe I found this place, it’s so beautiful, the staff is so friendly and accommodating! I had the pleasure to work with Arianna and she blew me away! I’ve never been happier with a haircut! She gave me my hair so much volume and life, I can’t wait to go visit her again!

I was at the TCDLA conference in downtown SA and decided to treat myself to a trim at a nice salon. The salon is GORGEOUS: clean, bright, sophisticated, and elemental. The sweet receptionist booked me with Ari. I walked from downtown and was greeted with an ice cold bev, an immediate cool down shampoo, and a consult with Ari. I greeted Ari with unstyled hair and shared what I currently hated about my cut, and what my future grow out goals were (go gray and learn to live with my hormonally induced curl pattern). Ari LISTENED. As a Dallas visitor, she never expected to see me again, yet she treated me like I was a regular. The cut she gave me included all my short term goals with a solid grow out plan for future stylists. Guess what? I’ve booked ANOTHER appt with her! It’s worth the travel from Dallas to San Antonio to have her guide me through this huge hair transition from brunette to gray and straight to curly and short to long! Thank you, Ari and LOOK!

Always go to Ari, and she's an artist!! She's bleached my hair, toned it back to my original color, given me a bob, and recently just went for some layers and face framing 🥰 Everyone there is super nice and all know me by now so it's always nice to chat with them.

Love this place! I was on vacation and before I left, someone really screwed up my hair. Damion and his team fixed it in no time and my hair looks better than it has in 10 years! Ari is a color goddess! And it feels healthy too! 10/10 recommend

I love coming to this salon. It is beautiful on the inside! Ari is amazing and always does a great job. I have red hair which is not easy to color and she gets it every time! She also does amazing blow outs.

Janelle was awesome..i showed her a pic of Johnny Depp from Public Enemies and said thats how i want my hair...I still don't look like Johnny but my hair does and that's cool with me...i think i found my new barber/beautician, whatever, I feel pretty, oh so pretty

Damian is an absolute genius with color & has been doing my blonde for over 10 years. I get asked who does my color at least 2-3 times per week. I love that he stays on top of the latest trends with hair & his salon is stunningly beautiful & so chic! I highly recommend LOOK SALON!
