Believe the reviews about Barbara! Overall everyone is really good and nice except her. I don’t know why but she’s so rude and has a terrible attitude. Normally when I just get the threading with her they aren’t great but, not too too bad. Today however I did the tint with her and it came out so awful. Like she purposefully made my eyebrows look ridiculous…they were uneven, missing tint in some spots, and completely sloppy.

I got here at 5:45 the sign was still blinking open and the door was locked and I was not allowed in. There was another client that knocked before me and we were not allowed in. Horrible customer service. Then maybe update your closing hours.

Been a loyal customer since 2017 I love it here! The place , staff and the customer service is really good I can go any giving day and will be out in about 10 minutes ! I trust them not only with my eyebrows but my life lol!

I have been going to this place for years and i can honestly say that it’s the best threading salon in El Paso. The staff are really kind and hardworking. I have to greatly recognize one of the staff members names Barbara. she is talented, skilled, outgoing, professional and sweet. I love the way she shapes my eyebrows. Friends and family that i have recommended this place to never went back to a different location.

I’ve been coming here for years and have always experienced great customer service from everyone. Varsha is my go to but when she’s not available I go with Barbara. They both are great at what they do!

i've been coming here for YEARS and never had a problem but lately an employee named Barbara has been really rude. I went once and she was really rude to me she didn’t ask for my reward card and I had to mention it to her. When I told her she seemed bothered by it like I said I never had an issue at this place I just thought she was having a bad day so I didn't say anything. My niece started going to get her eyebrows done as well. She told me the same employee was really rude to her that she even made her cry. My niece also told me that she was super nice to other customers but to her she was really rude. I don't know what her problem is and honestly I do not care but being like that in a place where you need to have good customer service is very disappointing and very unprofessional. Like I mentioned Ive been going to this place for YEARS and it’s disappointing that for an employee like that I am going to take my business elsewhere. I know they have so many other customers that my business wont be missed but going for 10+ years going there and now looking for another brow threading place that does an amazing job like them is going to be hard.

I didn’t catch the woman’s name who did my brows today but she was so nice. Customer service was great. I felt very welcome coming into her shop. It was my very first time there. I will definitely be going back!

This is the best place to go thread your brows!!!! Varsha and her staff are absolutely the best and have excellent customer service skills. I have been going to this place for over 6 years and I have never had a problem. They are quick and efficient. If you want to have your eyebrows on sleek and help shape your facial reactions.... this is the place to be:)

She always makes sure I'm comfortable and listens to my concerns and needs. She has mastered her craft and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a job well done. I love coming here to get my eyebrows done by Barbara or Naomi! They never cease to amaze me with their top notch customer service and amazing talent.
