BANEZA C Ella esta los lunes en ese lugar. Me fui hacer el pelo y le enseñe una foto de lo que quería. Me dijo que estaba bien pero que iba a quedar un poco dañado el pelo le dije esta bien corre por mi cuenta. Y le dije que me cortara dos inches, cuando me lavo el pelo estaba super obscuro y me lo corto casi por los hombros cuando lo tenía por la cintura. Me ciento super mal yo si more he traído el pelo claro y ahora me siento mal por que pague bastante por algo que no pedí.le dije que me lo arreglara y me dijo que si que tenías que pagar la mitad por su producto y tiempo. Eso no se le hace a tu cliente. Jamás regreso a ese lugar y espero que si estás apunto de ir lo pienses dos veses.

I have been twice the Look Salon and I have had very good results with Dawn and they have it very clean and you do wear your mask that's a plus and all the other ladies look like they know what they're doing also so call for an appointment today and they will fix you up beautiful but please make an appointment because they are so busy

Kris was amazing! She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for... I was extremely pleased when I left her salon. It's great to find a stylist that understands what you're looking for and has the ability to make it happen.

I've been going to Gary Stirwalt for 25+ yrs. & now he's a part of Looks Salon. He is the Best! I give him 5 Stars! The stylist do a good job but the salon could use some cleaning, hence 3 stars for it.

The one-star reviews literally can't be about the woman I've met at my place of work; I've sold her paint several times, and she is a considerate, sweet and congenial person, even when I mess up! She cut my hair for the first time, and she's great at that too.

Hello all, Kris (the shop owner) has been cutting my hair on and off since I was 4 years-old. I am now 28, and I'm still a loyal customer! She has been a long-time trusted hair stylist, and friend of mine and my family. In fact, my father refuses to go anywhere else, and has been a steady customer for about 20 years! Kris runs a nice, clean shop with professional employees who promote a pleasant and homey atmosphere. I really enjoy my visits at Looks because I know Kris will take good care of me. She is a very kind lady, who is nice to be around. She has been in the hair industry for over 30 years, and she genuinely cares about her work and customers. I can say that I am a pretty picky customer, but on many occasions I have asked her to "re-shape my look," with complete trust that I won't be disappointed. She's always done a great job, and that's exactly why I keep going back! I could go on, but I'll let you decide what you think, for yourself. I have recommended this salon to many friends over the years...and now I'm publishing my own words for everyone to see. Getting your hair cut should be a pleasant and stress-free experience. And that's exactly the experience I have, every time. Thanks : )

Kris always gives me an excellent hair cut. Having very straight hair, I need a good cut or it shows. Kris works hard to make sure the haircut is perfect in every way! Carolyn

I have to say that I am quite shocked and surprised to see a bad review written about Kris. Especially one concerning disrespect to a customer. I have known Kris and have been present in her salons for 35 years She is one of the best hairstylist I have ever known and has ALWAYS gone out of her way to please her clients as well as see that the clients of other hairstylist are made to feel comfortable and welcome be it on the phone or inside the salon. Looks Salon is a beautiful, comfortable,and professional salon and so are all of the employees who work there. It has been recently redecorated and I must say it is a cut above the rest. I recommend this place to men, women, and children of all ages. I give Looks 5 stars and you will too after your very first visit.

Kris has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 20 years. My hair is very thin and fine, and generally hard to deal with. She has always been creative in designing cuts and color that help me make the most of what I've got. Kris always listens to what I want and she is honest about what will work, and then we decide how to proceed. I've learned to listen to her, because she knows her stuff. I have never seen Kris act in other than a professional, friendly manner. Since she has been styling my hair for such a long time, I've observed that a large number of her clients also have been coming to see her for years, some many years. That speaks well of her temperament and her talent.
