I'll tell you the truth Loose End'z is the best salon in Charlotte,when they get through with your hair I promise you will not have any Loose End'z ;) great customer service with pleasant smiles. The group of Ladies were nice. My stylist is Ms. Lisa she does a great job to my hair and she's the sweetest person ever, so get down there and get yourself hooked up, you'll love it too!!
