I come here every month now for a 90 minute massage. Absolutely amazing they don’t rush you.. It’s a real therapeutic massage you leave feeling 20 years younger The rooms are clean. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I just made an appointment for another one.

GREAT MASSAGE, THEY FOUND ALL OF MY TROUBLE SPOTS WITHOUT ME TELLING THEM WHERE TO FOCUS THE ENTIRE FACILITY IS CLEAN AND SERENE 160 for a 90 mins couples massage (pre tip) so very reasonable

If you’re reading the reviews right now and are thinking about giving this place a fair chance DONT ! I was a bit skeptical about this place based off the reviews and should have listened…the facial was the worst it wasn’t relaxing at all had to tell her multiple time to be more gentle because she was hurting my skin wouldn’t recommend . The massage was ok but felt rushed . Worst part of the whole experience was paying the whole work staff suddenly were at the front desk looking for a tip and when you do tip they are very ungrateful.

I really like this place. They did some upgrades that really make it feel like a relaxing spa. My massage was amazing-one of the bests I've had. Thought it was strange that when I booked they asked me to pay in cash

We have been going to this place for at least a year and have enjoyed individual and couples massages. We will continue to go and enjoy! Clean, cozy and scheduling is easy! Prices are more than fair for the wonderful work they do. Those in the comments complaining about the tip are people who are under tipping. I have seen 1st hand people enjoy a one hour massage for 55 dollars (very reasonable price) then tip 5 dollars. I don't find 5 dollars to be acceptable for one hour of manual labor and neither would you if you had done the work. I highly recommend you visit but don't mess it up for the rest of us who know how to tip. It's great to have a local place with great prices and quality service.

Love this place I try an go as often as I can. Easy same day appointments. Massages are perfect, friendly staff. I just was there 2 days ago and I am ready to book another appointment. Just go with 90 minutes it’s so worth it and they do deserve good tips! ❤️

My best friend treated me to a massage here and I LOVED IT!! I will be coming back when I visit Philadelphia!! My masseuse was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me from time to time! Great customer service!!

The massages are good. The massage rocks where too hot left me marks . And after paying $120 with a $10 they asked me for $10 more to tip $20. And they also did that to a friend of mines that went kept her change and asked her for more money I didn’t believe it but they did it to me . And someone else who had a solo massage told them to give the tip. I don’t mind tipping I just don’t like to feel harrased to so so. Made me uncomfortable so I will not going back . And I still have red skin in the part of my back where she laid the hot rocks 😞

My honest experience is the first time here. Went in for a couples massage. The girls were great. I loved the pressure. Disappointed at the talking, none stopped. 😒 went for facial as well. Very old school cleaning with Dual-Ended Blemish & Pimple Extractor Tool. So if you don't like that don't go.

First time I ever got a massage and it was fantastic. Every part of my body felt great and I was so calm afterwards. Nice peaceful quiet atmosphere - extremely relaxing. Worth every penny of the $55 for 1 hour.

I wanted to comment because I was thinking about making an appointment here but the reviews saying that the staff forces people to tip which is crazy because in this economy you should be grateful to receive anything, we all going through it honey.

I’ve come to Loosen Up about 3 times and they have been the absolute best massage I’ve gotten every time. I have chronic lower back pain and my back pain is nearly gone for almost 2 weeks after each massage. The staff is professional, they keep a very clean business and are very reasonably priced. 100% recommend!

My husband and I had the couple massage, it was just amazing! We called and got an appointment same day. It was super clean, it smelled good, everyone was very nice, no waiting time. I personally felt very comfortable. We are definitely coming again!

This massage place was my very first massage. They don’t really provide explaination on what to do, your preferences or like making sure the stones etc aren’t too hot. My massage was definitely too firm for my liking but I also don’t speak up. If you go, make sure you’re verbal about what you need! Staff were nice. They talked during the massage as well which was meh. Overall 5/10, don’t think I’ll go back
