Danielle was amazing for a deep tissue massage. I never have high expectations when i try a new therapist but she was phenomenal. Will ABSOLUTLEY be back to see her again. Also spent time in the sauna. Love this place!

PSA. I would advise anyone to AVOID their walk-in Wednesdays for Dysport/Xeomin. TLDR; there a dermatology practices with better injectors for more effective products while being cheaper Pros: I’ve been here multiple times for massages and facials. The facials are great and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. Cons: The picture is what I took today. The white marks are from ANOTHER physician assistant at a dermatologist trying to fix what Lorena Luca did. I got a total of 39 units of dysport in late November. These are the results after 2 months. The girl who injected me didn’t even mark the proposed injection sites, something every other location I’ve been to has done. The right side of my forehead is very disproportional (it will be your left on your screen). One more point. They charged me $11 a unit for Dysport. Other board certified dermatologists in Raleigh offer Botox at $12 a unit. Botox is scientifically proven to be more effective and longer lasting at relaxing wrinkles.

As much as I love the people who work here Danielle, Adam, And Christin it was a very bad experience today as I was running late for my appt. They did call to confirm I was coming and I was coming from another appt. I did get there within the 15 min grace period at 129 for my 115 appt. I then had to proceed for the 2 girls at the desk to check out one person and handle a call which is expected. As I then was told after they were able to greet me that they had to see if I could still be seen for my appt. Then the front desk assistant came and said she will see you now but there may be an extra fee since I was late. I said I was under the impression I wouldn’t be charged a fee if I’m within the 15 min which I was. This is not the first time the the staff at the front desk was rude and unprofessional and not very appreciative of return guests. I’m a regular at the spa and very loyal in consistently there on average once a month sometimes more throughout the year for massages, I bring friends here for services and I get Botox and an occasional facial. The steam room has been broken for months and will continue to be broken til July I found out today as the last time I was here prior to Christmas I expected to use the facilities for the services that I rendered for massages and the sauna and steak room , and the steam room was broken again. I then questioned the staff upon leaving why the steamer was broken and they said it’s been broken for a little while, and I said that I feel that the management should definitely let people know or there should be some sort of communication or discount done for this as a service that you were hoping to use is not working, Either when you are booking or in your information sent online or via text etc. It is very disappointing and does put a bad taste in one’s mouth for the facility when an amenity advertised and promised and there is no notification. For example, not getting their moneys worth for the surfaces rendered and the options for using the spa with your services that they give you for at least an hour to an hour and a half before or after your service. Today I found out that it did get posted on the website, but nothing was said in any of the reservations that I made for the spa tomorrow that the steam room will now be closed indefinitely until the Renovations in July. Anna, the head of the front desk staff was nice and really tried to make me understand that she was trying to be considerate of the guest behind me and that is why they commented on the tardiness for Christin , 2 appts a year I have with her. Mind you I come very often I have invested a lot of money into the spa and supported it as I am very local to the area for over 12 years. The way I was treated today makes me not want to ever come back. No discount has been given for any services booked or previously booked as the spa is not really utilizing all the amenities offered. And both times that the instances have happened with the front desk the manager is in the office to the side of the desk hearing everything and does not come out to approach it at all. I run three business businesses, and I would think that a courtesy of talking to someone who is obviously upset about something and or can hear that there’s issues would be the way to approach something instead of just staying in the office and not addressing it. Or following up with me when I’ve noted to improve the business and said as a suggestion things need to be done differently and communication needs to be better. It’s a shame I have to post this for the management to care.

I went with my daughter. The place is very clean and hygienic. The professionals are really knowledgeable and helpful. Had a very good effect after facial. My daughter took a massage and she was happy too. Definitely we will come again.

Amazing experience!!! The ladies in front desk are all so friendly, and welcoming. I had a Vivace RF with Christin and she was incredibly friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions, making me feel comfortable throughout the session. I truly enjoyed my experience with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care! New update.. I had an incredible experience with Deyna! She was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire session. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I felt completely at ease in her care. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a rejuvenating experience. Thank you for a wonderful session!

I get an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Adam every 2 weeks. I’m a blue collar guy, so this isn’t a throwaway thing for me. It’s therapeutic maintenance of my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The front desk staff are superb as well, always efficient and friendly. Invest in your self, you won’t regret it.

I had the most amazing experience at Lorena Luna Spa this past weekend! Micheal gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. But I have to highlight Amanda—she gave me the most incredible facial! My skin still feels absolutely amazing, soft, and glowing days later. Her skill and attention to detail truly set her apart. I have been to Lorena Luca several times over the last few years and have always had a great experience with Christin. She is knowledgeable and professional. Christin takes time to listen to what my concerns are and makes thoughtful suggestions. I always feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. I recently had a CoolPeel laser treatment for the first time. Christin was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure, the preparation and the recovery. Christin provides great service and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

The most affordable local spa in Raleigh with a range of services. When I researched the spas in this area, this was the only one with a sauna. Before every appointment and/or after, I like to take advantage of the relaxation room for tea and the sauna. The staff are experts in their field and always accommodating to your needs (e.g. hitting specific pressure points, areas of focus). So, whomever is choosen for your service, you can never go wrong. The facility is beautiful and clean and located near the best shopping outlets and restaurants. I highly recommend this gem of a spa. The only reason I took away a star is because they also have a steam room but has been closed for over a year now. I wish they would fix it.

I loved everything about this place. My husband and I got a couples massage. It was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Deyna was excellent at helping me relax and melt away. My husband said Michael was amazing as well. All of the staff was so friendly, and the robes were so soft—like wearing a blanket. This was a much needed treat and I’m very grateful for the whole experience!
