I walked in with my hair one length and down to my waist. I asked for a trim and a bit of layers just for volume. She cut my hair to the middle of my back ( the bottom part of my shoulder blades) had different lengths in the front not even layers and still had the nerve to ask if my hair grew out fast. Mind you, this was the owner. Unfortunately shes not the only person at this place to do that. I figured the owner would do better but I was regrettably mistaken.

cuando llegue fue un martes y la verdad había mucha gente pero hay suficiente personal y la verdad la espera ni muy larga el servicio para mí fue muy bueno y el precio fue 18 dólares pague

Horrible trabajo hizo Yessy, no le dedico el tiempo necesario al cabello de mi hija y ahora trae el cabello de dos colores. Yo soy una mujer que trabaja y entre el trabajo y la escuela no habia tenido tiempo de contactarla para que le arreglara el cabello y apenas 3 semanas han pasado y dice que tiene que cobrar otra vez por arreglar su mal trabajo. No gracias!

Rude and disrespectful, called To verify if they cut mens hair, lady Just disconnected. Called again and was disconnected again. So Being I live walking distance, I walked over and asked if they could cut my hair.... the staff just ignored me and could care less... I was just Ridiculously standing around waiting for assistance lol Regardless I Laughed about it later just thinking they probably didn’t understand English and I was the idiot LOL.
