I LOVE this salon! I have gone there for more than 5 years now for my eye lashes with Amy and she has always been AMAZING! She is efficient and my eye lashes always look pretty! She is extremely knowledgeable about lashes. She knows how to apply your lashes based on growth so no damage is done. Everyone at the salon has been so sweet to deal with, especially Tina at the front desk. She always greets you with a smile! It is a very well run salon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all services!

I love my stylist Devlyn she always makes my hair look amazing!!! Would have given 5 stars, but the front desk lady, Tina, is rude and doesn't even acknowledge the clients!!

Keisha is great! She’s been doing my eyebrows for a while and I also was interested in getting a Brazilian but was always nervous. Keisha talked me into it by giving me great information and making me feel safe and comfortable. She did my first one and she made everything so comfortable and calmed my nerves and now I just finished my 2nd Brazilian and it’s a piece of cake! I totally recommend Keisha for all things since she is so professional, informative, and makes you feel safe and comfortable! 10/10 everytime!

I always heard that Lorenco's was the best place to go for a haircut but I had a different experience than must people. The gal who did my hair was very nice, however, I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and, needless to say, my hair got chopped off and looks nothing like the picture. The front of my hair was supposed to be chin-length (I had plenty of length to begin with) but now it's at the top of my ear and there's nothing I can do to make it look good. I wasn't going to say anything because I don't want to be a "Karen" but I want to cry because I look terrible with my hair so short. I won't recommend anyone to Lorenco's.

Erica Cutrer. Best extension specialist ever. Allow me to share my experience. I had a terrible time at a supposedly high-end salon in ABQ. They used a mechanical weft on me that was too heavy and caused my scalp to become irritated and painful. This resulted in some of my hair being pulled out as it was sewn in too tightly. Additionally, the weft was completely visible and did not match the cut of my natural hair. Although I spoke up about my concerns to the stylist, they largely ignored me and insisted that it looked good and would blend in as my hair grew. Feeling traumatized and disappointed after spending a large sum of money on painful extensions, I turned to Erica for advice. After examining my hair and scalp, Erica explained the process and we both agreed that the weft needed to be removed. She didn't try to overcharge me and instead took apart the mechanical weft and created three seamless wefts. To ensure a perfect blend, she used K-tips. The end result was amazing - my extensions were visually undetectable and I couldn't feel them at all. Despite the windy conditions in ABQ, my extensions remain undetectable and people frequently ask who does my hair. They are always surprised to learn that I have extensions. While I could describe my experience, pictures would better illustrate the transformation. Erica is truly phenomenal and a kind-hearted person. I adore her! 💗🌸

I've gotten hair Extensions done by Erica. And she is absolutely AMAZING. I love my hair and I never thought this would be something I keep up with regularly... this is definitely party of my beauty routine maintenance!.... My 5 stars go directly to Fidel! He has been cutting my hair since 2010 and has never disappointed! I get asked by people all the time where I get my hair cut! Anyone I refer to him is always happy! I love layers and this is the guy that knows how to do them!

The stylist was very nice. I went in for a balayage and It looks like I got a root touch up. Wanted a new look and walked out the same. I had another appointment scheduled and the hair stylist fixed it and made it right.

Awful haircut. Truly worst Ive ever had because stylist did what he wanted. I took photo in and described what I wanted Bob cut just below collar and no thinning of my hair. Cut my hair so short due to a goof i think he made and then didnt tell me he was going to use thinning shears rather than a razor which i had used on my hair and I have fine hair..took a long time for my hair to recover. So he uses thinning shears and my hair is so frizzy now and choppeed up. Ive gone to Lorencos for years and never had nothing but perfect cuts. I have friends asking me what happened to my hair. Im so devastated. Cant believe Lorencos charged me $86 and keeps such sub-talented stylists. Paul was nice to talk to but needs to find a different profession. I now wear a baseball cap everywhere to cover up what he did to my hair. Extremely disappointed!

Carmen got my hair color wrong the first time I had my hair done here. I decided to give them another try and asked for a CURLY perm. It’s barely wavy and frizzy all to heck. I’ve had a perm before and this barely qualifies. I won’t be returning EVER. there’s a reason Carmen is the only hair person who always has availability. She’s absolutely terrible and completely destroyed my hair. I’d rather die than let her touch my hair again. If someone isn’t going to do their job correctly the first time, their probably not going to do it right the second time either. #100%incompetent

I went to Cindy twice. I LOVED her personally, but have grown to hate the micro blading that she did. I went the first time and was satisfied. It did what I needed. Went back for a touch up and got a different color on my brows (I now have a brown and dark grayish color) and nowhere near what I wanted for my tapered brows. Now, I just have random strikes of different colored brows. Not at all what a girl needs for confidence. As you can see, there is NO color in the middle. The ends were supposed to be bold and thin and the insides and middles were supposed to have tapered strokes. Not to mention, my left brow is too high and messier than my right. I have found myself doing my brows every day since I’ve had them touched up.

Hands down the best microblading I've seen! I had my eyebrows done by Amy and it's seriously the best thing I've ever done. I always wanted to get them done but was afraid of how they might fade over time but it's been a year and it still looks amazing. I get compliments on my eyebrows almost every day, thanks to Amy! If you're considering getting them done, GO FOR IT, you won't regret it. Ask for Amy, she's so talented and professional.

I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed (light eyebrow;very light) and everyone told me to go to another salon but it was incredibly hard to book. So instead I went to Cindy at Lorenco's and I was blown away by her amazing service and outstanding artistry. She gave the most eyebrows ever and I'm so glad I didn't pay $700 for the other salon because Cindy is the State instructor for microblading. Highly recommended!
