I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt this was a great experience to share. My hair came out just as I wanted, Lorenzo is very friendly and asked frequently to make sure I was satisfied with the process and result. Will return, most positive experience with a hair salon in Chicago.

I had the best experience ever at a salon! I highly recommend going here to get haircuts, to wash your hair, etc. 5 stars! Agnes is pretty experienced and treats you greatly.

Best place for a man's haircut. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They also do women's hair as well. Overall, fair price with top notch quality, Lorenzo is THE BEST!

My daughter has long and thick hair (down to waist) and wanted layers without losing too much length. Agnes was communicative from the start and understood exactly what she wanted. My teenager is happy.

I’ve been to the large haircut chains and it’s always hit or miss. Lorenzo’s is the best place in town. Period. Been coming here for over a year and have never had an issue. Place is always clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

Lorenzo's is the best place to go. Very accommodating and friendly. They are the kind of people that actually care about their business, small businesses like this are hard to find and rare inbetween. Never had a bad haircut in over 3 years. Keep up the good work guys

Rude workers & attitude problems especially the blond one. Was not happy with my haircut because I said 1" & they cut off 3"!!!! 0/10 for me!!!!!! I recommend zig zag instead!!!!!

Great place to get your hair done or nails or facials for that matter. This is a high quality full service salon with a very professional and talented staff. I would highly recommend this place to men and women. My husband and I travel over 15 miles to come here so worth it!!!
