I don't know the lady's name who cut my son's hair, but she did it horribly and cut him on the side where he asked for 2 pronounced lines, which she did wrong, and also cut him on his neck area. She didn't apologize and I made her correct what looked odd with his haircut. I regret ever going there.

My respect to everyone except to Cecilia. I came to cut my hair and when I arrived home, I noticed I didn’t have my Gold chain worth of $1000.00 or more. Silk hands, I didn’t filled any thing. At the time I realized the salon was already closed and she was off the following days. My fault no report it to the police or The owner. My advice it’s to move the broches to the bottom.

2nd time visiting. I just need a trim. Lore sat me down, suggested long layers since I have thin hair. I said have at it, make it pretty. I absolutely love the way my hair came out!! Shes amazing

I'm being honest I did feel a little uncomfortable there at first because of one lady putting out negative vibes but I moved past it. I'm giving 5 stars to Jaime. He did a great job on my hair and he was funny. I like how he sings along with the music that plays sometimes. Ask for him if you want your hair cut or colored. Make sure you ask beforehand how much they charge extra for using a credit card to pay.

Had good memories of the service and stylists who worked here in the past. Unfortunately, they do not seem to be open at 9am, as stated on their google page and on the door window. I hope they update this, as its inconvient to show up to a closed business.

I went in for hair bleaching on April 14th and I spent almost 4 hours and didn’t get what I was promised. The employee was: -very rude that she said “you like blonde with smirk” while I’m experiencing scalp pain -she didn’t do any strand test before committing to coloring my hair and accused me on coloring my hair before. -she didn’t do it in sections -she made me choose a color base on what they can only achieved -she kept on coloring my scalp wherein technically it’s should be 1 inch away -the way she do the hair blower is so directly on my scalp with high intensity heat was excruciating -no accountability, I ended having bad hair uneven color So I contacted the manager Lori on April 15th and she said that she would do hair color correction for free since they messed up with my hair, so I scheduled an appointment on April 17th and she did bleached my hair but it was all uneven and the brassy colors are obvious wherein I told her that I want it to be blonde. She charged me $150 on top of the $150 that I paid on 14th of April. She is very rude and tried to embarrassed me infront her other customers. The bottom line here is that they don’t have proper training when it comes to hair bleaching but they commit on doing it anyway and this shouldn’t be happening, there should be an end of this lousy job.

My wife came in on 4.17.23 to bleach her hair and was charged 150. They started directly on her scalp and it started burning within minutes, she had to sit there in pain through the whole process, they didn’t layer, more like they just dipped her head in a bucket full of bleach and they didn’t wait the proper amount of time for it to lose color. She hasn’t had dye in her hair in over 4 years, they tried to say otherwise. Called the shop owner (Lori) who advised her to return Monday for a re-do. She was charged again because “her hair was too long” or at least that was the excuse. 3 attempts later and 3 hrs past closing time she just had to settle for what she was given. Can’t help but to question the legitimacy of their license

Today we went again after being dissatisfied with the work of one of the employees. Even so, when I showed them the portrait of the haircut, they did not do it as it was in the portrait. After a year I went again to get a haircut and now with a different hairstyle but the same thing happened.I did not get satisfied with the person's work. It was very different from the portrait that they did again There are already twice that I'm dissatisfied with the job. I'll have to find another location or just make an appointment when Lori is there.

Unprofessional, unlicensed technicians are employed here. The owner doesn't speak English and doesn't have a clue on what her "employees" are doing
