Fail to follow instructions on exactly what was wanted. Why be a hairdresser if you will NOT follow what your clients want? Hair grows back sure. You come for a hair cut to feel better not worse. Super dissapointed.

It was a Pleasant experience. Isabel has cut my hair for more than 20 years and she's never disappointed. Hortencia has also cut my hair many times and shes very courteous and professional 👏. Miguelito also very professional and courteous. Nelly is no longer there, miss her 🙁.

Got there a few minutes before 3pm and sign says close at 330pm. I parked righting front and was getting my son down from my truck and ot was obvious they saw me get my son down and I heard a click. They locked the door right before I could reach it. Tells you how much they care about anyone's business. Haven't been there in over 5 years and will never go back. Surprising they're still.in business with the reviews they get. Terrible ZERO STARS

service has gone down. Not busy and no appointment needed. Last time after I got home and after looking at my haircut the lines where all crooked one side was higher 🤣 then the other one . Missing hair in some spots 😂. 😳💔🤦

As for a certain hair cut i showed the lady the picture of what I wanted. She cut it way to short plus at times I felt she was burning me with the hair dryer. When she use the machine on me she irritated my neck badly.

I went to get highlights and asked if they could do highlights of certain kind to which they said they could. I made an appointment for Saturday 08/13/22 for 9:30am. I got there at 9:30am and they were not in yet. I was told to go back at 10am. So I go back at 10am and the Stylist explained what she had to do. I agreed thinking she would at least do yhe highlights somewhat like the picture. Well when she put the gray color in my hair they would not stay. The owner comes in and she gsve a hair color to the Stylist to help. It turned my hair blue. I walked out with blue highlights. I am 52 years old so blue highlights was not what I would have wanted. I had to leave and go to a home buying walk through. Everyone who saw my hair laughed. I was embarrassed. My husband saddened for me. He called the owner to ask for a refund so I may go get it fixed. She said that was not happening and we can wash it with shampoo and it will come out. They argued and she upset my husband with her attitude. The ni e hairstylist Nettie told my husband to come back and she would try to fix it. They really tried from 6pm until 8 or 9pm and my highlights are now green. I got nothing of what I wanted but the owner seemed to say at least I have highlights. Its very sad and they still wanted me to go back in 6 weeks for highlights but that I have to pay for. I paid 165.00 for something I didnt get. The hairstylists were really sorry and felt bad for me. The owner had no remorse.

Nice to see this place is using Covid protocol in keeping customers safe. Plenty of hand sanitizer, and signs requiring facemasks inside the establishment. They disinfect tools and seats after each person leaves which is great. Keep up the good work.

this was the worst experience l've ever had with somebody cutting my hair. i'm not sure what the name of the lady who cut my hair is, all I can say, is don't go here. She was very rude and kept on pulling my hair very hard, she kept on nagging me about keeping my head straight while it was straight the whole time ... she was just RUDE. if I could give this place zero stars, I would... she kept making rude comments about my hair, saying that my hair was dry, and I needed treatment but keep in mind I have never dyed my hair, it's virgin and barely even use any hot tools.. she was saying it gets tangled very easily, and she was clearly upset about it, but of course the hair is gonna get tangled if you keep moving it around and wetting it every five seconds.. told her that I wanted layers and I wanted my hair on a V-cut, and she gave me a U-cut.. told her I wanted short layers and she did the opposite very long layers you can barely even see. she cut my bangs and didn't even bother on feathering them. They looked like I cut them with school scissors, I did not want to bother telling her what I wanted since I had already told her about three times, so I just told her that I was ready to leave, I paid and left. save yourself

Had an appointment at 12( noon). Stylist was taking other mens haircuts before me. I didnt get anything started on me until 1:30pm. Also management has raised up prices, without notice. Its ridiculous last visit here.

Went in for a haircut like always, but this time there was a different hairstylist who helped me and looked as though she was in a rush just to get me out. There was no one else in the place and it was 45 minutes till closing, she didn't have to take me, there were other employees who could've. Needless to say I didn't like the cut and when I expressed maybe cutting a little more on one side that looked longer than the other, she said that if she cut it, she would have to keep making it shorter. Which I wanted. Go figure! Not going back.

i bawled and walked out. i didn’t pay for the cut due to it being hideous. i asked for bangs and instead i got choppy layers and uneven pieces. please don’t go here for a haircut, i was about to call the cops on how bad she left me. jk but for real.

Daria menos pero no ay menos. Fui a que me limpiaran la ceja. La señora dueña "segun ella " luego luego se apronto para hacer el wax. Me dejo la ceja a mitad de el ojo. Super Delgada y mal formada. Cuando le dije que me estava lastimando y me quito demas se caballos... se burlo y me dijo "es pelo te va a crecer otra vez". No deveria de ser tan grocera y mucho menos hacer esas marranadas con la ceja. Si no save no lo aga señora botox. Grocera!!!
