I totally messed up my hair and they took me as a walk in and they took such good care of me quickly and complimented me and was VERY affordable, I'll be coming back again very soon

Place is ok but they have upcharges instead of charging the $9 like advertised, usually a normal cut with a fade would be $11 instead of the $9

Bad customer service plus they say they close at 6:30 but if you get there at 6:00 they'll not serve you and tell you that they're closed. Terrible!!

I went in Saturday to get my hair cut to my shoulders. The stylist butchered my hair and charged me $20. I cried! I can't even put my hair up anymore. What a rip off!

Just wish they had a set price on basic haircuts. I've been there 3 times, same length of hair, same cut, within this year. Yet have paid $12 then $9 now $13. Makes no sense.... Just saying

My mother brought my 13 year old daughter to this place and asked for a haircut with layers. I will include a photo of what she showed to the hairdresser. A lady who also works there noticed that my daughters hair had been cut dry and was left very uneven. She stopped my daughter and fixed it as best she could, and I really thank her for that. My daughter was left with hair much shorter than what she wanted and no layers. We’ve been coming here for years, but definitely will not return after this.

I asked for long layers since my hair was really long, the girl gave me a bowl haircut mix with joe dirt, worst haircut I have ever gotten, I never told her I wanted my hair short. She should go back to beauty school because I had to go waste more money to get it fixed.

Not good at all 👎 some lady cut my hair SUPER ugly. Not the way I asked for I told her a specific length to cut it and she cut it more than I asked for ! Super mad and super disappointed never going back here again I used to go when there where other ladies but they changed everything and now they don’t work there.
