Lori (owner) is literally the only person that gives good haircuts here. All others rush you through and always over charge. I was just charged $14 when the sign says $10 on the door . I always tip generously as much as $25 total however when I get terrible service or ripped off I won’t tip. Probably not going back to this place as much as I think the owner is cool!

My mom and Tia have me bring them over once every couple months together. They love it and always have a great day getting their nails done at Lori’s. I think they keep going back because not only are the nails done well but the place feels like family and it’s very inviting so that you feel very welcome when you’re there, even when I’m just walking in to say hi or pick them up everyone makes me feel like they know me. I highly recommend, even when I’m just walking in to say hi or pick them up!

Nose porque sigue este lugar abierto. La dueña es super déspota. Jamás volvería a este lugar. Dos de las trabajadoras muy sonrientes y amables. Yo no duraría ni un día trabajando en este lugar. Nada profesional, la dueña tiene una actitud como que uno le va pedir algo al contrario estamos pagando por el servicio. Horrible experiencia!!!

I got a French color tip on my natural nail (just gel) few spots were missing color but overall they have reasonable prices. The ladies were polite. The place seems a little outdated and could be cleaner.

If I could rate a zero I would, although there are some people who cut hair decently most of them (the owner included) will ignore what you request and cut whatever they want if not peer pressure you into cutting what you don't want gone. Out of all the times ive been here they always cut so wrong, I always ask them to never trim the top as I'm trying to grow my hair out, but they never listen, recently I told the one of the ladies to cut only the sides as a taper and nothing from the top as it was growing in well, the lady ended up cutting almost everything off giving me a half Mohawk this is the most humiliated I've ever felt I can't even comb where it can look decent or where I feel confident to go out in public I would not recommend coming here as its a waste of time and money. I really don't have a choice in switching places since my guardian has been coming here for years but lately he agrees they messed up his hair so uneven and poorly cut that he had to fix everything himself at home. Please don't make our mistake save your hair.

Don’t go to this place or have Lori cut your hair! I even showed her a picture of the way I wanted it, but I know that she got distracted I noticed that when she finished doing my hair and drying it up, I didn’t notice it because she moved it to the back so I looked even until I I noticed it when I showered and then I tried to comb and style. This is what it look like. I called her and she was very rude after she knew that I was going to have surgery. A few days later she didn’t even bother asking me if I wanted my money back, but here is the photo.

It’s not even worth one star I did my nails and the next day 3 of them fall off I went to get them fixed and they treat me extremely bad give negative attitude and were talking to me very ugly and rude don’t waste your time or money in this place workers have horrible ways to talk to customer.

My sister in law went to Lori's to get her eyebrows waxed and this is what she walks out with this nasty burn on her eyebrow myself and my mom took her back to get her money back she didn't want to give the money back so my mom told her that she was calling the cops then and only then did Lori give bach my sisters money.

Totally messed up the cut on my kids dads son. It’s not that hard. It was the lady who owns the store as well and she argued with the kids dad. She took her money and was just rude. The haircuts had to be fixed at another shop.

Nail techs are rude, and are selective of who they want to do nails on. They sit quite waiting for the others to say they'll take you. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

People were very rude when we got there, the lady at the front desk was on the Phone the Whole time, we were waiting, felt like we were waiting for a Long time, Unsanitary Nail Stations, lady that only spoke Spanish was yelling at me the whole time I was looking at Nail Polish, Spanish lady only spent 30 minutes on my nails and charged me $30.00 for my nails.
