Dr. Ware and the staff at Los Feliz Med Spa are incredible! Each time I come in, I’m greeted with a big smile and it feels like visiting close friends. Dr. Ware goes the extra mile to ensure all of my concerns are met, and provides the highest level of professional care, tailoring a treatment plan just for me. The results have been incredible - people randomly comment on how good my skin looks!

I highly recommend Dr. Ware. She is kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. She is genuinely the only one I would I trust with injections. I truly appreciate how she does follow up appointments to make sure you are satisfied with results. I really admire that Dr. Ware appreciates natural beauty and enhances it. Thank you Dr. Ware!

Fillers. Dr. Ware is fantastic. She’s personable, skilled and concerned about each and everyone of her patients. I’m so glad I don’t have to go to Beverly Hills (and charged Beverly Hills prices) her Medi-spa is in Los Feliz. We can access quality care right here in our neighborhood!

RED-FLAG. I would seriously advise not going to this clinic. Dr. Ware, who "runs" the clinic had extremely poor conflict management skills and actually gaslit me when I described my dissatisfaction with my treatment. This doctor is trying to sneak off and avoid accountability. She demonstrated clearly: A. A Lack of Compassion B. A Lack of Professionalism C. Zero to None, Resolution Skills. I would not wish discussing anything that didn't go well with Dr. Ware upon anyone who is hurting because of the treatment at Los Feliz Med Spa, for it will only add insult to injury. Not only did she make my grievance all about her (so bizarre), she also hung up on me, while shouting at me, and has since decided she's going to ignore me and keep my money ($1,800) for a service that DID NOTHING at best or made my SYMPTOMS WORSE. Such a demoralizing experience. Shameful really.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They carefully walked me through pre and post treatment instructions and made me feel safe and comfortable. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Will definitely be returning.

They stole my money. We signed up with a deal and then they charged me for months another rate without telling me and when we caught them they wouldn’t refund me. Watch out!!!

This is my 10th year at LFMS-that should say it all. The location and the people and the attention to detail from the entire staff and - thank you everyone - including Dr. Michelle Ware for helping me look and feel the best! I just turned 62 and Dr. Ware has the expertise to keep me looking as young on the outside as I do on the inside. I listen to her and take her advice. I don’t write a lot of reviews but wanted to share how great of an experience I had yesterday with Jenna. I bought i package for fraxel a few years ago but didn’t love it (just too intense), but they let me exchange the remaining sessions for micro needling. Jenna was so knowledgeable and sweet. I did a consult on a few other things and she was very honest and thoughtful about what may or may not be an option for me. Five stars for Jenna!

I prepaid for 3 IPL treatments in January. I had 2 and saw no results so the secretary said I would be booked for a consultation with Dr. Michelle Ware. Dr. Ware was super defensive from the second she walked in the door for my consultation. She didn't have my chart ready and didn't know anything about my treatment history. Then she said there was no way to tell if my IPL was working yet because it hadn't been enough time (4 months since the first treatment). Then she said you shouldn't do IPL in the summer so I should come back in the fall. Then she said there was no way to know if IPL would work because I might have some other medical problem causing chest redness. Then she said "All I can offer you is IPL! It's the gold standard!" Then she said I should double my treatments and do six of them. Then she said "I'm not denying it's red! It's clearly red!" Then she said they never took the proper photos at my first appointment. I'm really upset that I lost the money from my third appointment that I never got, but I would definitely never let these people touch me again. Dr. Ware was bizarre and definitely did not inspire confidence. Go somewhere else.

Not a friendly environment put you through the consultation to sell all sorts of procedures only to call me to tell me I was not eligible. No one agreed to the treatments!? Poor customer service!!

I've been going to Los Feliz MedSpa for at least 6 years if not more. I have tried other facilities for fillers and injections but Dr. Ware and her staff always do the best job. I live in the valley where there are many closer options but I prefer to make time to go see the awesome folks at Los Feliz MedSpa.

Back again!!!!! 😍, and amazing experience from the time you walk in Jeff (and the new staff Members too) make it feel safe and welcoming experience. During Covid -times, it seems difficult to do almost anything. - be reassured that all the safety protocols are in place , And personally I felt extremely confident about the steps that they take to make you feel safe. Recently remodeled with the expansion have two extra treatment rooms ...... it looks amazing ❤️ Services are only part of the reasons why I go back The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome !!! always taking the time to Customize your treatments to you . I absolutely love Dr. Ware. She is an angel on earth and an artist. She is always incredibly caring, listens to what you need and delivers. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and feel comfortable. I feel blessed to have found her. Can’t trust my face to anyone else. Staff is also so lovely snd have been there for years which is a great testament back to Dr Ware and how wonderful she is. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was given a gift certificate to MedSpa for my birthday so of course I went and I was not expecting any miracles, honestly I could not be happier with results and if you are seriously thinking of getting any fillers or Botox look no further than MedSpa , knowledgeable and professional and I do honestly mean what I’m saying it’s been less than 2weeks and I’m amazed I look as good as I do ( very happy) they are a bit pricey but like the saying goes “ you get what you for for “

The faculty is super compliant with COVID safeguards, and the staff is courteous, and professional. The doctors are experienced and enjoy what they do and listen to the desires and the patient’s objective(s). Then suggestions are presented to adjust offer options often at less expense and delay. I found it easy to trust, relax and get the result I wanted and on the same day. I highly recommend this Medi spa.
