I was looking for a salon to get a gift for my sister , came across Lost Lagoon and love that they use clean products so I decide to treat myself . I chose the Dreamers Destination. I was a little disappointed that I was not given the option for which body treatment I preferred ( it states on the website you get to choose which body treatment) ,when I asked about that Jerrica said she assessed what the skin needs to decide which body treatment you get . She also did not do the scalp massage as stated that is included with the package 😔 Editing this review and changing it to a 5star due to the incredible owner Emily. Her quick response , timely follow up , and professionalism are worthy of a 10 Star review . On top of that the Dreamers Destination was exactly as I imagined the experience would be, only better! I am looking forward to my next experience there 😊Every lady should be treated to an experience at Lost Lagoon Day Spa . So treat someone you love ( including yourself 🤗)

I’ve been coming here since March and have absolutely fallen in love with this place! It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax, and Emily, the owner, made the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring. She walked me through every step, checked in on me throughout, and created an environment where I felt completely secure and never judged, even in such a vulnerable position. Talking with Emily is peaceful—she’s incredibly kind, compassionate, funny, and intelligent. She has a way of making every appointment feel easy, like catching up with a friend. The vibe and decor of this place are also amazing! The tiki theme transports you to a relaxing resort-like escape, and every visit feels like a mini vacation to me. I look forward to my appointment every month! They also serve delicious drinks, and the space always smells incredible. I’ve even purchased several of their products, and they’ve been perfect for my sensitive skin, especially for waxing aftercare. Emily provided fantastic recommendations that made me feel confident in my routine. I would also like to add that the staff is very attentive and responsive especially when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling appointments! Lastly, for my 21st birthday, I treated myself to a facial, and it was the most incredible gift! My skin felt unbelievably smooth, and I left feeling more relaxed than ever. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s truly a gem! Although I’m from Nashville and attend UTK, I would gladly make the drive to Knoxville any day!

Literally the best place in Knoxville. Kelsey is amazing. Everything about this place is fantastic. The atmosphere, the staff, the services, everything. I cannot recommend Lost Lagoon enough 💜

The girls are always always always incredible. I always feel so comfortable and wonderful when I leave the Lagoon. The atmosphere is so fun, and the space is curated perfectly. I walk out of the door and down to my car feeling insanely happy and beautiful.

Such a beautiful spa! 😍 My sister and I took a summer road trip together, and we needed some "us-time" away from our kids. Lol This place is amazing! The vibe is so calming, the service feels personalized, the drinks are fabulous, the decor is unique and beautiful, and Emily is so friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and talented. Her spa needs to go international! My sister and I received a body treatment with the sauna, and it was my best spa experience yet (and I've had my fair share of massages and spas)! A perfect place to destress and get lost in! 💜

Wow! My skin feels amazing. I had the Dreamer Destination package. I feel lighter and that my pores are open. It was similar to a massage but with a scrub component. I highly recommended booking with them. The whole experience was great from the atmosphere, the music, the aromas and the technicians. And sweet Chi Chi makes this a perfect place. I'll be booking another treatment.

Had a wonderful experience at Lost Lagoon! They went out of their way to accommodate a last minute appointment for me and my mom while she was in town. Very cute atmosphere and we were both very happy with the results of our treatments! (Hydrofacial and a body treatment) . Will definitely be coming back!

Carly Davenport is brilliant! I had a sauna followed by a body treatment and a facial. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I've had other facials and treatments before, but Carly is the best!

Had a spa party at Lost Lagoon and it was so perfect! Emily prepared the BEST spread of snacks and drinks. We had the place to ourselves to enjoy for the afternoon and I really can't say enough good things about it. Katie and Carly did our services and they were both great and flexible with what we wanted to have done. Can't wait to go back!!

The Lost Lagoon provided an exceptional experience with their dermaplaning facial service. From the moment I entered, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere, complete with music and food provided for our Girls Spa Day Party. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The facial was a luxurious treat…my skin felt instantly revived and smoother than ever before.This overall experience was so tranquil. I would highly recommend visiting these spa for your pampering needs!

This place is Amazing! A dreamy, surreal oasis off Sutherland. The atmosphere, the owner- Emily, her adorable pup- Chi Chi, the cocktails, the services and the prices can't be beat. Emily makes you feel comfortable and she does the best Brazilian I've ever had.

These ladies deserve every single bit of praise that they receive. I planned a surprise sessions for my wife and her friends months in advance and these woman took it to the extreme. They treated my wife and her friends like royalty. I am honestly blown away by the amazing services and with how wonderful the spa is at making each person feel special.

First off, I love the atmosphere of LLDS! It’s just so retro and beachy and quaint. And though I’ve only had my services with Katie, everyone in there is friendly and welcoming. Katie is so lovely and professional and I will only go to her for my waxing! ✨

I was greeted by Lauren! She is the spa manager and is the most welcoming human I’ve ever met! Golden retriever energy in the best way! Emily did my sugaring service!!! Which I have tried hard waxing and had been doing that since about 2017! Sugar waxing with Emily was a breeze’! The whole atmosphere and vibe of the spa is literally the bees knees’. Chichi the dog will also accept payments in belly rubs/pats! Best experience hands down!

Lost Lagoon Day Spa is amazing. All of the employees are so kind and strive to make sure you have a fun and relaxing time. The ambience is so unique, and you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into curating the vibe of the space. I absolutely recommend giving this spa a try! You’ll love it!

This place is an absolute gem!! My friends and I recently booked a private spa party here and it was an incredible experience. The entire team took care of us from the moment we arrived, with drinks and a delicious brunch spread. We got comfy and felt so pampered in the sauna and taking turns getting facial treatments. We all left feeling so relaxed with glowing, rejuvenated skin. Highly recommend!

This was hands down my favorite spa experience. Forget all the usual spa estethic that is always lacking in character and boring spa music. This place takes the spa experience and creates a getaway that is of another world and time. I had the Aquagold facial with Emily. She took into concern all of my allergies and assured me I had nothing to worry about. She was professional, personal and caring. I will definitely be getting all of my facials here! Thank you Emily!!
