I came to Jenifer with a complete mess. My roots had been growing in for a year and there was a harsh cut off between my natural color and the blonde. The blonde I did have was yellow and brassy. Jenifer did a sort of balayage to fade my natural in with the blonde. She also toned my hair to make it look less orange/yellow. In addition to fixing my color, she gave me the best hair cut of my life and layered my hair perfectly how I wanted. Highly recommend!

The staff here are great and friendly, and I got a decent haircut. However, I would not recommend coming here for a perm, especially for men. The products and equipment seem outdated, and they don't appear to have much experience with men's perms. I paid $200, which definitely wasn't worth it in my opinion. My hair ended up barely curly—just wavy—which wasn't what I had asked for.

It was an okay salon.the staff is not at all friendly, if I request something to the staff their faces just become irritated as if they don’t want to do anything for me. The prizing is not at all worth it to pay for the services am getting. Wouldn’t recommend this salon .

Rude and stupid. 1/ When you insult customers, try to hang up on them first, so they don't hear your insults. 2/ When I ask for service between 10 to 11, I mean between 10 and 11. Not after 11, as you thought it did.

The most unprofessional and crude service. I came in with my sister for an updo for my wedding day. TWO stylists BOTH managed to get hair combs stuck in our hair. They were totally indifferent and unwilling to do anything to actually style our hair. My "updo" was falling apart before I even left the salon and my sister's hair looked exactly the same. Avoid at all costs!! Total and complete greedy incompetence

Felt extremely rushed, the stylist kept getting up to answer the phone/ make me wait while she took a few calls, and barely listened to me. Don’t go here if you aren’t a regular. You can get a very similar cut for half the price else where

I walked in to this salon today and was lucky they had time/space to cut my hair. Jessica did a fabulous job fixing a previously botched haircut. I left feeling like I'd had the best cut I'd had in years. Will definitely be back!

I’m new to the city and received an excellent haircut from Jessica. Best haircut I received in a while, and a major upgrade from the low-effort hairdressers I went to in college on the East Coast. My hair was a bit of a mess from years of mediocre $20 haircuts and wearing headphones for work. Jessica managed to clean it up nicely and recommended a hair wax to use to keep my unruly hair neat. Huge shoutout to her.

This place felt like they only cared about turnovers. Literally did not take the time to ask me about length or the style. Just asked how long ago I was here and started cutting like my hair is grass. It doesn’t even look like how I normally cut my hair. Don’t go here

Tried this salon on a whim after reading some positive reviews online. This is my new go-to spot! I love seeing Jessica and she does such a wonderful job cutting my hair and recommending lengths for layers and hair shape. Excellent prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a consistent salon with great prices.
